ID Verification Rejected - Phone Number/Passport

Hi, I verified using my passport (Canadian) with my phone number (American, International plan - I use this phone in both countries) but it was rejected because they do not match. I live in both locations, Canada for half of the year, and the USA for the other half. I have no American ID, because I am a Canadian citizen. How should I approach verification? Do I just get a random Canadian burner sim for a week to verify my passport with a "Canadian number"? I would rather have my valid, long term number used instead but I can do that if it is the only way you guys allow it. If a Canadian passport with USA phone number can be accepted, I can provide any proof needed - I own homes, vehicles, and bank accounts in both nations. Upon clarifying what I will need to do, please reset my verification and I will get it done. Thanks a lot.
