Reset verification

Hi, I joined a couple days ago and have been trying to complete the verification progress, my DNI has a little piece missing from one edge and the platform says it is damaged and the process fail. I tried with my passport and it says the text is too small (my phone camera is not good enough?), so after trying many times now I simple can't continue and the system asks for the verification process to be "reset".

Any help?
