Identity Verification Rejection issue

Hi, I tried to verify my ID. However, I got this notification.

"I'm sorry, your ID was rejected. Suspicious activity was detected. Your phone number and ID country do not match."

I used my passport as my ID for the verification. I am currently not living in my home country at the moment. Hence, I do not have phone number active that matches my passport country. Could anyone please advise on what to do? :/

We do not accept a phone and ID from 2 different countries. You must obtain an ID from the country you're in or wait until you return home.
