A very "difficult" person :) This is first week release of mythic + dungeons, a person buys a dungeon on Sunday, given that we have a very large number of pre-orders, in addition to the usual sales. The client, as I understood it, initially hoped that we would start fulfilling the order immediately, when a notification was initially posted on our website that "There are last places left before reset m +". We put his order into our schedule, planned the time, and the next day, after several orders, we closed sale of mythic+ before the reset. As we work with clients, of course, some clients have problems with time, and schedule delays are inevitable, so we specially calculated the time so that each client would receive his mythic + before reset. Since this client took 1 of the last places, we told the client that we could not refund the full amount, since he announced that he wanted to cancel the order a few hours before the reset (US Region), when every hour is important. This was followed by threats in the form of negative reviews, without hesitation, we decided that we did not need such clients at all, and therefore decided to return ALL the money to him and not think about it anymore, but actually even after we refunded all money, you see his review here. I think everyone already understands everything :)

P.S: It was very difficult for you to get a refund, just impossible. - Taking into account, that we made you a full refund 10 minutes after clarifying all the details, and your final request :D

And yes, after we explained to the client that we will definitely have time to make the mythic + before reset, he began to write that he would play 12 hours in a row

First - The client would receive his order before reset 100% (https://gyazo.com/b94359c2c19e9256a92386739f9d7d4f)

Second - Client take full refund in 10m after final request (https://gyazo.com/f372b747f287898e67fc0e913f14713c) screen refund (https://gyazo.com/f977451edb7311006384d5ce0bb8a59a) time (https://gyazo.com/ef68e1e5fce198935f1ba43a342e7cbb)

Third - On the service page it is written that the execution time is "flexible" (https://gyazo.com/6f1bd3d5c52dff64b9f7c9aad8dba992) and on site it was written "last places on m +" now it is already written that they simply don't exist (https://gyazo.com/2cb81ea23f5b4284267317acb28dbba2)

Fourth - All information on refund money is indicated on the site in the "refund policy" with which each client automatically agrees when buying on the site

In my opinion, this is a personal grudge, not a well-founded, and certainly not a constructive review. This is just a personal resentment of the client about the current situation, we did everything to resolve the situation

To quote from my Ownedcore response (same username there, extremely high reputation there compared to this... company)

For my counter points:

I asked this after I was told that the order would be delayed. At that time I did not think I had any plans for that timeframe, so the only thing I was concerned about was if it would be done before the reset or not. Within the next few minutes I confirmed with my IRL friend and GM/RL that we were going to be raiding during that time as well, as we are the top guild on our server and faction and we want to stay as such, thus we had a "surprise" raid scheduled. That is why I followed up with the message "Actually sorry is there any way to just get refunded? Didn’t realize we’re going to be finishing normal mode nathria during that timeframe and didn’t know it was going to take this long for the boost to be completed.".

As for the second point: I agree and do thank the company for providing such an expedient refund. However, look at the amount of messages that took place in that timeframe:

Yes, once again I agree that the refund was handled in a timely manner. What I am mentioning here is the difficulty in getting a refund. It took several if not over a dozen messages back and forth to receive this refund.

Yes, it does indeed state that the ETA is flexible. However, once again, I asked if the order would be done before my raid tonight at 8 PM EST, as to which the company responded that it would:

"Yes, its np for raid, i write you when team rdy share" at 2:14 PM CST and then they messaged me at 3:21 PM CST "logg pass pls" indicating that the boost would likely be starting. This is not up for debate; they stated that "its np for raid", indicating that it would not be a problem. Once again, it is not my fault they had a delay. I did not cause that delay.

Fourth, as mentioned in my duplicate review on epicnpc, their website states: "2. We will refund your money if for some reason we were not able to execute the order. (Full refund*)"

I planned my playtime around their schedule, and was off the account multiple hours in advance of the original quoted time. It is not my fault that there was a delay. That delay was not caused by me. So why was I initially told that a full refund could not be provided? Again the exact wording they gave me was "Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the full amount, since we have everything scheduled, we have reserved a slot for you for a certain time".

WARNING! Off-site contact information posted. We do not investigate disputes if you communicate off-site.
The company may debate the fact that I shouldn't have been given a refund, they may debate the fine print of their website (though the somewhat incomprehensible English leads to ambiguity), they can debate whatever they wish.

What cannot be debated is what a review is and the legitimacy of my review. Had I not purchased a service from this company and simply wanted to slander them, then yes, the review does not have merit and should be removed. The exact definition of review is "a formal assessment or examination of something with the possibility or intention of instituting change if necessary. " which I believe sums up my review perfectly. Besides a very small handful of inflammatory responses (such as buyer beware) my review was completely and unequivocally fact-driven. I posted my personal gripes with the service I received, with exact quotes from the discord conversation as well as time stamps, not to slander the company but to merely detail my experiences.

Yet, afterwards, the company decides to host personal attacks against me writing things such as "And yes, after we explained to the client that we will definitely have time to make the mythic + before reset, he began to write that he would play 12 hours in a row" (attempting to shame me for playing 12 hours in a row I suppose?) and additionally being very passive aggressive and sarcastic with responses like "P.S: It was very difficult for you to get a refund, just impossible." and then they have the audacity to say that I myself have a "personal grudge" (after attacking my character two times over) and my review is "not a well-founded, and certainly not a constructive review" when I believe it is almost entirely that.

I dont see a reason to remove the feedback, although in cases where the seller refunds I usually like to consider changing it to neutral, since in the end they did come through and resolve it. It is up to phantom if they want it to be changed to neutral, we could change it to neutral and leave the review the way it is if that would be a better option.

The feedback system is for situations like this so therefore I dont see why I should change it without phantom agreeing.

I'll be glad to have it changed over to neutral if the company agrees to close the dispute thread they have ongoing on Ownedcore as well. Granted I think that would be the same outcome over there, especially since I have almost 1k rep on OC but I'm just tired of dealing with this.

In general, we believe that it would be possible to reach an agreement from the very beginning and resolve this situation peacefully. Taking into account that nothing bad happened, and you can always agree on compromises. We explained that the situation in the first week with Mythic + Dungeons was really very tense, which is why such a situation developed, for which of course we apologize again. But note, we returned all funds to you immediately after your request. As for the manager, I'm sorry, usually the support employee does not have access to payment systems and to paypal. And he cannot make himself a refund without a manager

Dispute thread still isn't closed on OC, and while I appreciate and thank the niceties in the companies latest reply, it is ultimately a non-answer to my request, so if it's okay I would prefer to keep the feedback the way it is.

Additionally company once again posted in their thread with the same post that has been removed twice now, flagrantly breaking the rules and not caring about it. I would definitely like my negative review to stand.
