Left negative feedback after using third party programs on account I sold to him, he left negative feedback because I rejected his refund/account replacement claim.

As you can see in the attached image, we clearly stated that our accounts are HAND LEVELED and we will not REPLACE if it gets banned after sales due to BOT/SCRIPTS/HACKS


Please remove this person from the community as well as the negative feedback he left.

I would also like to add on to the fact that this user is the only one who has reported a ban after sales, not even 24 hrs later. Our accounts are hand leveled and rested for at least 2 weeks before we sell them.
 
I did not ask for any refunds of sorts. I just mentioned that my account got banned and he proceeded to say it's not which does not make sense. I just left a review about so other people don't get scammed by the lie he's trying to cover. Sure, botted accounts don't all get banned but some do. That is the way it works. Instead of saying he's selling handleveled accounts he should mention this since people have the right to know what kind of accounts they are buying before hand. I am open to show all my chat logs and even share the account so you can see yourselves. I have no benefits in lying and claiming a refund. I deal with these kinds of things myself everyday. I welcome him to show evidence where I tried to claim a refund.
