False Feedback

The buyer has misread or understanding the product delivery time and left me negative feedback while I was sleeping.

The buyer thought the product will be instantly delivered. While I have stated clearly in my description that:

"Login information will be delivered to your email ASAP*
*In rare cases processing time may take up to 24 hours"

Order was placed on May 6, 2021 at 12:22 and was fulfilled 8 hours later on May 6, 2021 at 8:23. I was asleep when the buyer placed the order, I have fulfilled the order immediately when I woke up.

Here is the time customer placed the order

The buyer left negative feedback 1 hour and 22 minutes after the order was placed

I have released the code to the buyer after 8 hours of the order placed (First thing in the morning when I woke up)
