from time to time im getting fake feedbacks from random persons that i never talked before, since we never talked it means we never did any business...

It is not fake feedback and its 100% accurate. Theres several topics about IMiii wheres he/she is accused, this user also always disputes the negative feedbacks.

yes, someone using my name and doing scamms, thats why ppl giving me negative feedbacks from time to time, but i never scammed any of them, i never talked with them, first of all i dont buy or sell any items, im doing leveling services...
and since all the negative feedbacks got removed from me, means im not the scammer, if you have any proof, please share with us so the real scammer might get banned...

See the bolded part. What you mean by selling/buying items? I havent done any business with you regarding this. That was probably some other user you scammed..

And i dont get to see your jsp nic or personal PayPal address so i could have disputed the money after the scam.

I pmed you game and gave you Jah rune, you stayed in game for 30 seconds after this and then just dissappeared and blocked me on discord, so theres no messages for me to show.

Also out of curiosity, i checked old topics where you are accused about scamming. Theres this one: "Beware - Be Cautious of an Attempted Scammer - Username: IMiii" where you are accused offering item buying service, so you must be doing all different kind of scam jobs to people thus mixing me to some other victims.

When i created my profile, SMS verification was required and no VPN/Masking services are allowed on this site, so i can file a criminal complaint to my local authorities over a fraud. This user adds people on discord with "atmosphere#1540" nickname. How he does this is by acquiring discord nicknames from public forums, for example. I got topic on elitepvprs forum and my discord name on there is public, im selling d2jsp fg. Very similiar what other victims have experienced.

- This user added and contacted me on discord and i asked how can i help him.
- He showed me by discord videocall, that he offers lvling service jobs on this website.
- I told him that i sell fg, i dont buy or do lvling service job.
- He replied that he can do lvl service for good price and i asked in specific, what this service consisted.
- I agreed to buy lvl service job for 25$, 1-90lvl char. Now why i turned out to buy lvl service from this user? Because i have contacts to sell D2R copies with lvled characters for small profit. Lvl 90 char, with fresh D2R copy would have yielded approx 15-20$ profit in my case.
- IMiii wants payment by D2R runes, we agree D2R Hardcore Jah rune would be equal to 25$. After this i msg him game on discord, which he joins. Takes the rune and leaves. I check discord and he has blocked me and all messages have dissappeared. Then i realize this was his plan from beginning, so i could not dispute the 25$ on PayPal

The evidence against you so far is this:

1. After disputing the negative feedback given by me, you immediately mix me on some other victim. See posts 3 and 4 on this thread.
2. Theres 3-4 users accusing you of scamming, using the same methods in the time span of 2 weeks. Keep in mind this site actually takes decent security measures (SMS verification, VPN block, e-mail verification upon login, Numerous cookies to prevent perpetrators) so all the users accusing you are individuals, not some 1 individual trying to troll random user.
3. You are constantly on every post pressing hard on showing the evidence to everyone and if no discord conversation exists, then we didnt trade. That is false and thats also where your whole defense establishes. You know what happens when you block someone on discord.
4. You start swearing/shouting when i respond to this thread, which means you are actually worried that the negative feedback might stay.

The negative feedback given by me is 100% valid. Furthermore, if you get negative feedbacks more in future, especially about you scamming someone, moderators and admins could even consider taking more action against your account. Digital fingerprint and individual users accusing you of scamming (which are decently verified) are the only evidence there exists now and in the future, until you get banned from the site or you stop scamming, this wont go on forever.

While i know discord trades are not supported by this site and not investigated, i think it should work both ways. Negative reviews about your action should be left on your profile and not automatically removed as you state every negative review is just perpetrator acting to be you.

What is this websites interest is that you know very well that you have exposed a flaw on this sites rating system and you systematically abuse it, thats bad rep for this site. Im still 100% convinced that negative ratings given from discord trades to you, should be left to your profile. Not even much more known members have as much "false accusations" as you have.
