It's just missuderstand but they reported me. There are several false and exaggerated claim here.
1. He/she claim I ask we do it offsite. I didn't do the service off site, we doing it from epicnpc chat. I just said to this person I never do boosting via middleman I usually do it directly through epicnpc chat. Idk how boosting with middleman works. And he agree we do it without middleman, but still inside epicnpc never offsite!

2. Claim that I didn't respond in weeks, I literally respond to them when I'm online, but I can't online all the time. Even before the boosting sstarted I already tell this person about my health condition. I respond to his las chat but now he/she never respond back.

Before we started I suggest he/she can use G&S if had a doubt and they did, now he/she already claim a refund. In my opinion, if he doesn't want to continue the transaction, that's fine, but don't leave false and exaggerated claims. Paypal already refunded the money btw.

  • Feedback will only be reviewed if Trade Guardian was used. Any Trade Guardian service.
  • If Trade Guardian was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
    • If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
    • If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed.

Your screen shots show that a transaction took place and TG was not used.

The feedback can remain and must be resolved mutually between both members.
