Beware. This guy is a legit scammer and a very very sneaky one at that. Yes, I know. Ironic cause of my username. Anyways, the way he attempted to scam was actually a very clever way to do so but still failed. His account is legit. Feedbacks are legit. But that's all just a front when it comes to an actual expensive item later on. I need everyone to watch out. Here is how he does it.

Please note that he may be legit when selling items or even buying relatively inexpensive items but even the most honest people has a little evil in them. He will attempt to scam when he's buying an item and it's expensive.

Step by step process.

1. He will add you on discord and message you with a random discord account saying he's interested in buying your item. It's super easy to create new accounts on Discord and this guy made several. You can tell from his past post using different discord names.

2. He will never tell you in chat that he's IMiii on epicnpc. This is strictly to avoid any "evidence" of confirmation/verification that his account on epicnpc was involved. Learn more about this below.

3. He'll try to "prove" to you that his account on epicnpc is legit and real but he will only do so by doing a live-video share on discord. When people do this, it's really rare for viewers to snap screenshots of a video or even record a video of the whole thing which would be an uncommon thing to do. Without doing that, there's no "proof". Anyone can view anyone's account on epicnpc and claim to be them. He did this for one reason - so you don't have any solid evidence later that a "trade" with the actual account of IMiii on epicnpc ever took place, but still provided you "proof".

4. He will then claim that he proved to you that he's real, has a long list of positive feedback (most likely received from trades involving small funds), and then tell you to now go first.

Now here is the tricky part. This is the part where he gets you. He showed you "proof" via video and with the positive feedback history, but the most suspicious part about this is why he had to do a video-chat to prove he was real. This part is very abnormal and unusual. That's when I started to find things suspicious and knowing that there is a common "username" scam in the old days, I wanted to make sure that wasn't happening. The fact that his username is IMiii, it was possible for an imposter to create an identical username by using a lowercase letter L infront of M. So to verify that his account was indeed his, I messaged him on epicnpc chat and simply asked him to give me a response back. I even asked while he was in the middle of streaming the video to show "proof". However, he hard-refused to respond back and claim that he already provided proof via video even when I told him a simple "Hi" would be sufficient. The fact that he found it extremely difficult to give a response back made it even more suspicious. That's when I accused him as an imposter using an identical name and posing as IMiii. So I challenged him and said that I'll give him money if he sends a reply back in epicnpc by simply saying "Hi". Only because I offered him money to do so, he obliged and finally responded by saying "Hi" (after giving a hard refusal to do so for 15 minutes) but after he responded, he refused to continue any further with the trade. Obviously, I found that odd. Then I started to question his intention. Why would he would go through such length in proving he was real with a discord stream, but found it extremely difficult to simply respond back in chat even when he had epicnpc opened right in front of him? So I looked up his past post on epicnpc and saw that there were several people accusing him of scamming, but none of them had evidence. He even appealed to the moderator to have a 1 star feedback removed by claiming that such trade never took place. That's when it all hit me at once. After everything, I imagined a scenario where he actually scammed me and ran away, then what my next steps would be. That's when I realized I actually had absolutely no evidence or proof that would link back to IMiii on epicnpc. One - discord accounts can be created by anyone. Two - He was technically never in any sort of "contact" with me or whatsoever, even if he was from a random discord account. No response on chat to give confirmation. No PM. No direct contact. The only contact we had was through discord and the only proof he was able to provide for the trade was through video, where screen captures would render useless since anyone can view anyone's profile on epicnpc and claim to be them. So if I went first, he could have easily just taken it and claim that such trade never took place and he was never in contact with me. If I accused him afterwards, then he would most likely pin it on an imaginative "imposter" claiming to be him. Everything was in his favor if the sale went left. Moderators wouldn't have enough proof to ban his account either.

So with all that being said, this guy is pretty clever but a goddamn snake. Did I get scammed? No, simply because he made 2 mistakes. One, he actually responded to epicnpc chat but only after he decided not to continue further with the trade (also because I challenged in paying him to do so). Two, his username forced a 2nd verification process to make sure everything was legit, which he couldn't follow through with or his epicnpc account would have been in jeopardy.

Because he hasn't successfully scammed me, he can't be flagged as a scammer. However, if he did scam me, it wouldn't have mattered anyways because I wouldn't have any solid evidence to accuse him either. The way he proceeded with everything made it seem like it could have been anyone, but it was only him. Therefore, it would have been the same case despite being scammed or not. So take my experience just info for your future reference and proceed very cautiously with this goddamn snake. I'm 99% sure he was going to scam me considering the fact that other people already accused him of scamming before and with him appealing a case of a feedback by claiming a trade never took place. The question you really have to ask yourself is, if he never took part in any trades in the past with the accusation of being a scammer then why in the world would someone totally random just suddenly accuse him for absolutely no reason at all? Same goes for my situation. I don't know this kid and I only use this forum to make sales. Previously used it for Genshin Impact (Mobile game). So why in the world would I accuse him of such thing that other people already accused him for previously if it wasn't true? Take it for a grain of salt. Trade at your own risk with this kid.

Can confirm both me and my friend had questionable deal attempts with this guy, he pretty much used the same tactics, but we weren't scammed either.

In my case what got me heavily suspicious: after our conversation he deleted all mentions of IMiii's profile from our conversation. Though I shared this suspicious conversation with my friend via screenshots as it went on as I wasn't sure if I should trust this person.

Take from this what you will.
Also he tends to be a bit pushy and as it seems in hurry, trying to opress you with his feedback amount and such.
I've dealt with people going first myself, had plenty of clients going first too, but none of the cases were even remotely as suspicious as this one.
Not stating anything, maybe he's not a scammer, but the way this person tries to deal is definitely suspicious.

i never talked with any of you also never traded with any of you, so spreading fake bullshit is bad, i report both of you for this.
as @EpicNPC CM stated previously, i reported you already for giving me fake feedback, seems you dont understand what the admin said, so ill ask him again to help in this situation

This could be anyone, and since no conformation took place on site, there is no evidence to suggest otherwise. Discord is terrible, and full of scammers impersonating sellers. Closing this thread as this dispute was already looked into by CM. Since there is no further information available to go on in this case, there is no way of knowing who you were communicating with over Discord, sorry.

In the future I’d recommend staying on site when you can for any kind of dealings, and avoid Discord altogether and use an MM service to help keep you safe.

Stay safe guys!
