Fake Feedback with No Sale or Even Talking

Feedback will only be reviewed or investigated if one of our Trade Guardian services were used.

Trade Guardian was used:

• Link to the feedback you received.
• Provide the TG # for this feedback.
• Explain why you are disputing the feedback and why you want it changed or removed.

Trade Guardian was not used:
If the communications was offsite, we will only accept video evidence, no screenshots.

• Proof of sale will be requested.
  • Buyer can show they sent payment.
  • Seller can show they sent the item or provided a service to the buyer.
• No further investigation will be conducted.
• Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.

Once we confirm an exchange occurred, the feedback cannot be removed. The buyer and seller should try to reach a compromise or resolve the issue on their own.

If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.

I never dealt with this user before or sold anything to him, yet he left a 1 star feedback for me calling me a "Scammer"

This is very unnecessary, we've never even talked on EpicNPC Before, please remove this misinforming feedback

Should be investigated in my opinion about that, either way
