What is the dispute about? account theft. sold him an account, i went first because i thought he was a trustworthy company. he took the account, changed the passwords and pretended to pay
the money to the wrong paypal. said he would try to refund it and give me my money so i've been waiting for about a week. but he's ignoring everything and hasn't made any attempt to give me
my money.

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: attempted to sell him an account, i went first because i thought he was a trustworthy company. he took the account, changed the passwords and pretended to pay the money to the wrong paypal. said he would try to refund it and give me my money so i've been waiting for about a week. but he's ignoring everything and hasn't made any attempt to give me my money. so i researched his website and looks like hes been banned on this site a few times already for scamming.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? no, thought they were trustworthy cus they had an ebay account with 500 positive reviews and there own site with lots of
positive reviews. seems like the scam everyone who sells to them though.
Have you traded with this person before? no
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? first time. but i've done transactions in the past. im not an idiot when it comes to this stuff.
