If Alex accepted your terms, he should have split the amount without any question. But that doesn't change the fact that you are responsible for everything you market in this platform. Also you are missing something very important. This is an account recovery and it is caused because of it's original owner.

What did you shared with Alex on your delivery? I asked more than 4 times already but you are keep dodging that question. If you can proof that Alex had everything that would be enough for an account recovery, I can gladly accept Admin's split decision.

2) I don't know if Bera was a MM or not. Please provide the chat logs between Tech6686, bera and the buyer so I can see how the transaction was conducted. At this time Bera is a re-seller, not a MM and it will remain this way unless I can see evidence of the transaction.

Tech6686 agree not to resell and broke that warranty. That means he is included in any split regardless if he received the ID or not.

What are you even talking about? I have been assigned as a Ownedcore Middleman for more than a year till it is over. I can provide any type of middlemanship service outside of EpicNPC. Even if I wouldn't be a verified middleman back in the day, I could still provide my middlemanship service as long as I don't advertise it on EpicNPC. This is not even a subject that needs to be pointed out in this dispute since it is not related. You look like a fish that is drowning in a glass of water. That level of non-sense.

This is incorrect.

1) Members are not allowed to post MM services or link to their sites that offer MM services. They are also not allowed to offer MM services anywhere on Epicnpc.
2) Users are allowed to offer and conduct MM transaction off-site.

As long as Bera does not link to his MM posts on OC, there's no violation.

Breaking this policy would have no affect on a dispute anyway, that is a separate issue.

Bought it in april 2019 from OO. The mail is the same for contact and for PayPal as the one used here on forums.
 
It is obvious that Thoridasl didn't shared required account recovery details with Alex. So in this case, nobody except Original Owner and Thoridasl can recover that account back.

He was playing with account untill it has been recovered by Original Owner or Thoridasl.
 
Also I’ve realized something very tricky. Thoridasl have 4 different ID screenshots which is completely untouched and very high quality. But Alex received only one ID screenshot that is downgraded, censored and blurred.

So that means, Thoridasl censored that ID screenshot by himself before share it with Alex. If that’s the case, it’s proven that nobody else except original owner and Thoridasl could perform a recovery.

Alex confirmed that he received only a blurred ID screenshot from Thoridasl. So that means, only Thoridasl and Original Owner could perform a successful account recovery.

Alex is currently in hospital. He will provide required proofs when he is available.

I just want to prove that Thoridasl is not a trustable person. Whole time, he was trying to blame innocent people for avoid refund. He tried to lure non-existing people to dispute for lower his refund weight and he even blamed his own customer with performing an account recovery without even sharing required documents to do that.

Also I hope my customer won't be needed to share that refund loss since he didn't do anything wrong in this situation. My screenshot proves that account has been recovered while it was under his possession, he didn't sold or traded that product.

Admin also required you to show what you provided to Alex on delivery. I've also asked same question to you more than 4 times already. Keep playing the blind monkey.

You literally blamed everybody except people who could actually perform a successful recovery which is none other than original owner and you. So either accept the fact that original owner restored account back or admit that you performed that recovery. Simple as that.

Warranty between me and my client been voided by my client by breaking the rules of our deal. I am not responsible of other people businesses or deals. You literally didn't care of my business or deal with Alex and came to blame me after 2 years. Else, you would've contacted earlier.

Main point is, nobody except Thoridasl had these recovery screenshots. There are two possibility. Either Thoridasl didn't shared required ID screenshots with Alex or Alex didn't shared them with my buyer. Because Thoridasl sent me 4 different ID screenshot but buyer says he received only 1 screenshot from Alex. Can Thoridasl show his Skype conversation with Alex about which information he provided to him? Because with 1 semi-blurred ID, he cannot perform a recovery for sure.

You are a 40 years old man who has a brain capacity of 7 years old boy that can barely use slides in playground. I will receive that money for my customer's behalf in the end of the dispute. I don't care if Alex will be into that split or not. This question has nothing to do with your warranty or any other dumb subject that you are trying to bring to the table.

If you didn't shared account recovery details with Alex, he cannot share something that he doesn't have with other people. So there are two possibilities in this scenario. Either original owner performed a recovery and you are defending him because you don't want to refund. Or you performed this account recovery with intention of reselling it for money because you are broke middle aged man. 'I have a warranty. I can restore it back and avoid refund anyways.' Which evidence actually proves that you didn't take advantage of your warranty?

If you had anything to show as evidence for clean yourself from these accusations, you would already provide them. That means you have nothing to provide. You are also a potential scammer unless you show what you shared with Alex on delivery. Simple as that.

I did provide evidence to ”clean” myself up from these accusations.

What I received from Original owner back in 2019 in terms of photos and Infos (which I've sent to you via PM at start of dispute and uploaded here) I've uploaded on the ticket to blizzard at the start of the dispute and they refused to restore back the account.

What Alex received from me? Same photo you got from him. Was our deal for him to receive an ID photo with SSN number hidden out, for data protection at that time. If any issue occured, he would've asked for full infos to be uploaded on an eventual ticket to blizzard. He can confirm that.

Wasn't the case of course, he sold it 1 month after.

Any way, where's your customer? Why is he not joining us?

Cus' Alex confirmed he talked to him and the guy said he re-sold it after a short time. (Screenshots in the other page of this thread)

So probably that's why.
 
I also need bera's buyer to create an account here and post. Bera will be included in the split instead if the buyer does not reply here.

I'll them make a final decision on Monday.

I am the buyer and the account was recalled. I had only one unclear ID photo, so basically i had no documents to recall whatsoever. And the account was recalled under my possession.

It is either original owner or Thoridasl. My customer literally has nothing to do with this situation and it is crazy that he be will be considered as partly responsible for that.

If that’s the case, I would rather pay for my customer’s share. He literally paid his life savings for that account and I promised him that nothing will happen to that account.

Also it is so sad to see that people getting advantage in these disputes over and over again. He cannot even proof that he shared recovery details with Alex but we consider everybody can perform a recovery without any data or documents and include them to split? That’s literal madness.

You had what Alex gave you. You didn't request extra photos from me. You knew from start that the photo (with personal number covered) would not help you or your buyer at blizzard's support.

So how did you promised him that nothing will happen to the account without having full information of it?

This is not true. Tech6686 received 1 ID image and he also provided that image to Saqer.

1) It's not possible for Thoridasl to dispute a 2+ year payment against Improvise12, so there is no possibility of recovering the original payment.
2) Tech6686 agreed not to resell, yet he resold it.
3) We do not honor warranties that provide a loophole to scam. Thoridasl your warranty allows to you recall the account anytime a customer resells it and provides you with immunity. I'm NOT saying you recalled the account, I'm just saying your warranty creates a loophole to scam. I'm sorry, but we can't fully honor your warranty.


What price did Saqer pay for the account? Please show evidence.
 
How can someone perform an account recovery with that one ID photo? He shared that single ID screenshot with Alex when he sold account to him. Not even birth date is visible on that screenshot. I am surprised that he didn't blurred owner's eyes like a criminal mugshot photo and surface of desk on the background since it is very revealing and can be used for an account recovery.

So while that makes Thoridasl is actually capable of performing a successful recovery, it also makes Alex and Saqer is not able to perform a successful recovery. Why he didn't shared everything he had with Alex?

Also I want to point that again, original mail adress and all the other details that Thoridasl shared, doesn't recognized by GM. Most likely he is handing false informations or received false informations from original owner.


Key Factors of an Account Recovery Are:
-Account was originated at Croatia, so if Alex or Saqer wants to restore it from Switzerland or UAE, they will detect IP and country difference and demand extra proof of ownership.
-Account has been changed many hands and it must have different Paypal or Credit Card details saved on it's history. GM will be able to see that and will demand extra proof of ownership.
-If you send a blurred ID photo, they will accept that on minor account related issues since it is completely accepted by Blizzard. But if you are going for a recovery, that's not a child's play. They will demand anything that would completely proof that you are owner of the account. (Examples are ID next to Face, ID next to computer screen, ID on top of a magazine, ID on top of a birth or any type of government issued papers, back of your ID, locate your ID sideways or change it's place on the magazine paper as secondary screenshot and so on)

Account's registered ownership details stays on account's history no matter what happens. As I said earlier, most likely original owner handed you another email adress with claiming that it is the original one. But you also might have been lying and trying to evade on that with that excuse. Your claim proves that details you share doesn't match with the account we are trying to restore, it is unquestionable.

@saqer please show us that you and no one else concluded the deal with @Tec6686 :)

Do not worry on that, Alex will upload requested details tonight including what you delivered to him on purchase. As much as you try to avoid sharing that information, I will push for expose that even more. In the end, it will be proven that trusted badge is not something that you should have.

Hi all, sorry been away for long time due to health issues etc now I’m on vacation and will be back on Saturday.
Just wanted to clarify some stuff, I don’t know this guy Saqer and he wasn’t my client. So probably he is third or 4th buyer or only god and Bera knows which number he is. I will be posting payment proofs once I’m back home since I don’t have access to a pc atm.

If saqer is not Bonasser, then what is this chat and why is Bera there being a MM?

If you're claiming Bonasser is not saqer, then Tech6686 must show video of the chat logs for the sale and payment information so we can see who he sold the account to. If this is not provided in 24 hrs, then Bonasser = saqer

I will be making a final decision in 48 hrs with or without evidence. This has gone on long enough, nearly 2 months and we're still disputing the chain of sales. No evidence will be accepted after 48 hrs.
 
Thoridasl have 4 different ID screenshots with HD quality. None of these screenshots are chopped or edited. So that means, Thoridasl only shared 1 ID screenshot with Alex while having 4 ID screenshots. He also purposely damaged that ID screenshot for make Alex unable to use it for an account recovery.

I think these screenshots clearly shows why Thoridasl was not willing to share that information even after Admin requested for it. Thoridasl tried to hide that because that was completely working against his claims. In this case, it is proven that neither Alex or Saqer couldn't perform an account recovery.


Also two more thing bothers me in this scenario.

1- While Thoridasl had 4 different ID screenshots, why he decided to share only one of them with Alex?
2- Thoridasl decided to censor that ID for which reason before share it with Alex?

Thoridasl might say that 'I wanted to protect my seller's personal information.' which would be understandable. But if you care for your customer's personal information that much, why you sent them to me without using any type of of censor? Or why you didn't told me 'Hey do not upload my customer's ID on a public dispute because his personal information can be seen by other people.' when I upload them multiple times. That clearly shows you don't care about your seller's privacy at all.

Shame on yourself. You tried to make innocent people pay for your mistakes just for lower your refund weight. Shame on yourself for trying to cover a scammer for avoid refund. Also shame on yourself for lying to your own customers because it would be on your benefit. That's why your business is dead because you are a dishonest person.

Remember that you haven't asked for more photo IDs when you sold it to your client(s)? Why? Knowing that a censored ID wouldnt help you, just why?

1. My client @Tec6686 had the account for 1 month then sold it. I did shared him a censored photo to protect OO's personal info. If he would've had any other issues, he would have contacted me for further photos.

2. I wasn't aware of this account sale until 2021 when you both contacted me about it.

Keep your lies and excuses to yourself. I won't bother with reading anymore. These screenshot proves that people you accused as potential scammers wasn't even capable of performing a recovery. While knowing none of these people had required tools for a recovery, you hide that fact just because being able to accuse them for lower your refund weight.

As extra, you claimed that I was lying about being a middleman for abuse the system. But in the end, I actually proved that I was really a middleman with a video evidence. You also created imaginary people in your ill mind and tried to add them into our subject for abusing 'Chain Refund' system so that would make you refund less.

All I can say is, that trusted badge looks dirty on your profile. You are more like 'Trade with Caution' type of a seller.

I’m here to defend myself and to clarify some facts, first I can’t recall this account since I don’t have enough information about it all I got on delivery was 1 ID see attachment, second even if I could I would never do such an harmful act to anyone. I’ve been scammed multiple times and I know it hurts a lot. It’s not my thing.

2019 - OO (Improvise12) sells to Thoridasl (4 ID images)
2019 - Thoridasl sells to Tech6686 (1 ID image provided)
2021 - Tech6686 sells to Saqer (Bera MM)

Account recovery failed. ID + face + newpaper required, no one has this information. Account can't be recovered since OO never responded. OO was banned.

The sale from Tech6686 to Saqer caused the recall. It's not a conscience that after 1 months it was recalled when nothing happened to the account for 2 years.

I don't know who caused it, it could be any person involved, so I will split the lose with everyone.

Original decision
60% should be paid by Thoridasl and the remaining 40% by Tech6686 to saqer.

Final decision:
40% should be paid by Thoridasl to saqer
40% by Tech6686 to saqer.
saqer loses 20% of his payment

I'm no longer accepting evidence unless the account is recovered.

Not all decisions are good or fair, I don't like this outcome, but it's the best I can do based on the evidence I saw. I will not be changing it unless the account is recovered.

Tech6686 himself have an account that is worth around 4000-5000 EUR and he have no reason to do such a desperate move. No need to mention that acccount has been recovered under Saqer's possession. In this case, there are no other person who can perform a successful recovery except original owner and Thoridasl. Also no need to mention that Thoridasl hijacked our recovery attempt.

Final decision:
40% should be paid by Thoridasl to saqer
40% by Tech6686 to saqer.
saqer loses 20% of his payment

I will pay for Saqer's and Tech6686's shares on this split. I won't let innocent people pay for something that they are not related to. After Thoridasl pays for his share, dispute can be closed.

Yes, but those are from 2019. The images have to be with 2021 newspaper. When Thoridasl tried to recover using those 2019 images, he was denied, so they didn't work.

Tech6686 made an agreement when he purchased it from Thoridasl and broke it. That is why he's included.

@saqer Please update here once you receive payments from each person.

Above is your statement about my policy.

I find this abusive first of all because you stated that and of course, you did not take into consideration the single fact that my policy is valid as neither BERAccounts.com or Tec6686 told me about the sale happening until this dispute happened.

So, loophole to scam? Pretty much impossible, as I knew the account was under MY Client's possession all the time. I have no intention to scam my clients and Tec6686 can confirm that.

This is where an account has been bought and sold many times. If an account has been bought or sold 5 or more times and can't be recovered in a recall dispute, the lose will be split by everyone involved. Exceptions can be made if evidence is provided showing someone had no ability to recall the account.

Following the trades that happened on the account now:

1st trade: OO -> Thoridasl
2nd trade: Thoridasl -> Tec6686
3rd trade: Tec6686 -> Saqer

That's not mentioned to be possible in the forum's rules.

What you did for Bera all these 4 pages?
- You permitted him to have this dispute on-going instead of asking Saqer doing it. So he can ”middleman” disputes now? Is that allowed?
- You didn't said any word about Bera's insults against me or my business. As much as we know, insults are not permitted here, on epicnpc.
- Bera seems to be allowed to only ”middleman” trades onto accounts from his competitors, make profit on that and then create disputes around. He seem to not be responsible of anything. That looks like someone is protecting him. Cus yea, he's got the same business rules as we, his competitors do, same ”loopholes” into the policy.



These being said, forum's rules has some loopholes in it too that you took advantage of compared to the one you said my business does, that cannot be applied as I didn't knew my client sold the account to Saqer.

Please take in consideration the fact that Bera does this to take out of the forum his competitors in any way he can and you're helping him out this way.
