Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: My wife contacted Driftman09 about buying his SWTOR account, as payment he wanted her to make a donation on his Molten-wow account for molten coins, after she made the payment he stopped responding and removed her from his Skype contacts. I tried adding him to Skype after he removed her and gave him one hour to respond and finish the transaction, he didn't. She contacted Skrill and molten-wow about reversing the payment, resulting in Driftman09's molten-wow account being banned. He then adds me to Skype a few hours later and admits he is a scammer and a moron and started begging me and her to help him get his molten-wow account unbanned.

Other details / notes: We are still waiting to see if Skrill can get the refund out of Molten-wow before she does a chargeback through Visa since they seem very slimey themselves and would not give her a refund on their own.

Banned - multiple accounts - scammer - joeman

I have tried to resolve this with him numurous times. You see i stayed up all night making deals with people. I unfortunately lost my Dk full wrathful with shadowmourne, My origin account with Battlefield 3 premium edition, bfbc2, crysis 2, and crysis 3 hunter edition, and lastley my beloved hunter with full wrathful and full t10.. not to mention all the achieves. So yeah i was fuming pissed off. I was so ****ing mad that i might have killed someone. So i got a contact request from this guy/girl. They were asking if they could buy my swtor account. I was like ok well i want you to donate me on Molten-WoW. She was like ok. She proceeded to buy it. After she bought it i had this amazing idea that **** it. I will get someone back for all the things that i have lost. (Like the $150 dispute i had two weeks ago because a scammer that bought one of my WoW accounts disputed a transaction saying they didn't authorize it) ****ers anyway. So i deleted and blocked her. Since i had stayed up all night long i accidently fell asleep right at my desk. I woke up at around 2:00 in the afternoon. I then saw that i had a new contact request saying that i had better give them the account or else. So i immediately added them and was like ok... here is the account information. Well little did i know till 5 minutes later that my molten account was banned. I tried asking for help but she wouldn't budge. All she wanted was $50 back. Well unfortuanately i was recently layed off and i have no job. So i am out of money and she has already filed a charge back so she will recieve her money as soon as i repay the $50 to molten. (The money i don't have) so yeah. I tried to resolve this and i asked for help from her to get my account unbanned. She didn't give a **** obviously.

Now i would love to give her, her money back. Except 1 she filed a charge back already so yea she will be getting her money back. 2) if i give her, her money back and then she gets her money from molten then wtf... 3) my account is banned anyway 5) i don't have the money and nor do my parents atm.

Oh and lastly i sent a private message to EpicNpc regarding this. I included chat logs of me and raven talking about it after we made a very sucessful trade . Those chat logs might have some more important information that i didn't include.

Raven told me about the reply. And i read it. Well you see an act of crime is what she states numorous times. Well you see your right... but life is all about learning. Now i am only 15 i tell everyone that i am 16 so it makes me a little bit more idk accepted/mature sounding. But i am really just 15. Now yes i made a mistake, i have also learned from that mistake. Now criminal act of fraud.. yes you are right except unfortunately calling the local police station isn't going to do much. Because if it did. I wouldn't have gone negative $150 in the drain and my parents having to pay it, i wouldn't have lost my wow accounts, my steam, or origin accounts. I would have them *** holes thrown in jail and my accounts taken back. Now some might say you can get your accounts back if you contact molten/blizzard... well you can't actually. On molten if you don't have the email you are ****ed, on blizzard if your name doesn't match the account name your ****ed, and on origin if you don't have the right information to verify you are the owner... such as a CD key, you are ****ed. So yea. I do this once and i get screwed right in the *** and no one can forgive me. It's a pretty sad world that we are coming to, Full of scammers, murderers, *** holes, and non forgiving pricks.

I never looked forward to this happening. I am truly sorry. As soon as i get the money i will pay molten back and you will receive your money. I am trying to sell my Steam accounts and my WoW account. Hopefully i can get $50 from it.

We do not need criminals on this forum, the only reason this person even attempted to show any remorse for their attempted fraud and come back a few hours later to try and pretend like he just fell asleep and give the information for their compromised SWTOR account was when he realized that his molten-wow account was lost in his scam attempt. He then proceeded to beg for us to help to get his molten-wow account unbanned and only offered to give us anything in return AFTER molten-wow gave him his account back. This person was only interested in helping themselves and would have never contacted us again if his scam attempt had been successful. If he had refunded the $50 instead of trying to offer some compromised star wars account (a pile of garbage) that they had just recovered, which he admitted in the Skype logs that I posted, then we might have considered trying to help. But he never once offered to refund the money, and would not do anything unless we helped him get his molten wow account back FIRST, which is utterly ridiculous. Why on earth would we help someone first who just tried to steal from us?

He kept offering to SELL us more of his garbage accounts if we helped him recover the molten-wow one. The moron kept trying to >>sell<< us more of his accounts, saying that he would go first. Why would anyone trust a thief not to recall the account, if we even wanted them in the first place? Not once did he offer to actually repay the money he had stolen and we have even more Skype logs from conversations after he was banned to prove that if need be. Responding to this is a massive waste of my time, as well the fact that it was even re-opened in the first place.

Just because someone gets stolen from is no excuse to start trying to steal from others, that is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard of. This is not some account dispute to be resolved, this is a clear cut case of a failed attempt at fraud (fraud is a crime, it doesn't seem as if Raven realises this) and the fact that a moderator on this forum even re-opened such a clear cut case of a fraud attempt is more than a little disturbing to me.

This is no different than someone who broke into a store, got arrested and then tries to get out of it by saying "oops, you got me, I'm so sorry. Here is your stuff back." Except for that they did not even offer to repay the money, instead it was like the thief saying "I'm not going to give you what I stole back, but I will offer to SELL you this stuff that I can steal back again whenever I like, great deal huh?"

The issue is not resolved.
