I ordered some gold (25 bucks worth) mid November because they claimed to have it in stock, had a cheap price on it and I needed it right away for something.

Ended up they wanted a cell phone to send me a text message. Well, I stopped using a cell phone a few months back and told them I didn't have one but I have a house land line they can reach me on. After going back and forth for a bit about this they said until I have a cell phone they can't deliver my order.

I said that's fine and told them to just refund the money. I was told to "go to Paypal to get the money back" basically telling me to file a reversal. This seemed very odd to me and I kept asking for them to just refund the cash to the paypal that made the payment if they were not going to deliver my order.

Eventually I gave up and I just went and filed a reversal in Paypal. Of course their response was "virtual goods service".
The other day Paypal ruled in their favor basically letting them keep my cash and I get nothing.

This company is dirty. If anyone knows anything I can do to get back at them or shut them down, let me know. I know it was a little amount of money but I'm a man of principal and I don't take being scammed lightly.

Reversing Paypal through my bank would get my Paypal account shut down and I believe they can also put a bad mark on your credit. This would not be a good idea especially over 25 bucks.
