What is the dispute about?
Purchased a WoW TBC boost for 3 characters. Characters needed to reach level 70, have epic flying mount, get various reputations to exalted and professions to maximum. Communication was awful from the start, but the price was relatively low, so I decided to stick to it. The guy clearly had no idea what he was doing. After a tedious login process, I let him do his "job". The characters did not log in for 2 days, no boost was performed until 2 days later, when they would only log in for 20mins and off again. It went like this for 6 days or so until i reached out to see what the problem is. Only 2 characters were being boosted for now (at my request) and none were higher than 62. Then the booster simply disappeared for 3 days. I feared the worst, changed the logins for the accounts and initiated a PayPal case for the $900. 2 days later, he reaches out to me and says he had internet issues and i should let him finish the job. he would reach level 70 on both characters within 7 days, otherwise he would refund. against my better judgement i accepted and cancelled the paypal refund case. 7 days later only 1 character was at barely level 66 and i had zero proper communication inbetween. Ever since the 13th of June the booster has now disappeared and has not replied. He even downvoted my scam feedback on his thread.
Other details / notes:
Seller is "active" and "reading" here. He just does not reply (not on discord either). I absolutely need a refund of my $900. This guy also needs to get banned permanently.
