What is the dispute about? I paid 120 Euros Paypal and 180 Euros (360 BGN) Western Union
Other details / notes:
Basicly he offered 300 warmane coins for 120 Euros
I agreed and sent him the payment via paypal, it appared that this caused his paypal account to be limited apparently
He asked for 3 more days to resolve the issue with paypal first before sending me the coins
We then talked further and since he had somewhat of a history on here we agreed that if i sent another 180 euros via Western Union i would get all the coins he had (1135 total) for a total of 300 euros (120paypal + 180 western union) and that he would be able to deliver it after i paid
The next day he picked up the money (cash) from the western union agent
Now he claims that his account got banned for 2 weeks due to advertising
My friend gone ahead and messaged him about buying the coins and he went ahead and offered the same deal to him as me and the suspicious part is that he said the coins will be delivered instantly
same deal, 300 euros for 1135 coins instant delivery
my friend asked about the deal for account (180euros) + 180 coins (70 euros) for total of 250 euros and he agreed and said he would deliver it instantly after payment even tho he told me that all his accounts are banned for 2 weeks and his coins are frozen
I am yet not saying that he is a scam but i did not get my stuff as promised and he basicly messed up by telling my friend that the coins are available even tho he told me they're not after i paid...
