this guy bought three wotv starter accs from me, the payment he used is bitcoin. i saw he is verifed here though, and considering it;s not a much big deal. so i just gaven him the three accs before confirm sent me.
but after three days, the payment is still unconfirmed, he promised to handle it, but he is just lieing, and gone,
it's not much a big deal, but it think just let his account get banned here as a warning in case others deal with him. other things, i will hanlde it.
