Since I have transacted with him before, I trusted him. This is the 2nd time I am buying a nikke cbt code from him. I sent the payment through paypal FnF then he asked me to wait before he gives me the code because he is still ingame playing. After more than 30 mins I messaged him and turns out I got blocked / unfriended because I can no longer message him.
