The MM (from EpicNPC) was also able to send all the details of the account in our group chat, and he agreed to proceed with the transaction. Then now, He wants a refund after opening and possibly playing with the account. The account do not have any issues regarding retrieval nor negative gems.

if the buyer just changed his mind, the seller does not have to comply. However we recommend to sellers to try to compromise. One common option is for the seller to take a 20% "restock" fee for the item. This is where the buyer returns the account, but the seller can keep 20% of the payment.
If there was something wrong with the account or falsely advertised, then the buyer has a right to return it for a refund.
