I bought this apex legends account from @DawnQT on Feb 25,2021. I changed the login info for both the apex legends account and google account that came with it. However on Feb 26, 2021 he logged back on the google account, + recovered his apex account. I can tell this because google shows you the recent login locations and you can see in my attached photo that he logged in from UNITED KINGDOM. I'm from CANADA. (I blocked out my IP on the photos for security purposes). You can see that I logged onto the google account On FEB 25, however you can see after that, he logged in on Feb 26 from the UNITED KINGDOM. I was able to recover back the account the first time (I also SIGNED him out myself through the google security options). Now however, I cannot log onto the apex legends account. I also saw the account logged in at 3:10PM PST TODAY and I messaged him. I called him Travis because that was the name that he had on the account when I bought it. (he deleted me off the friends list now). I tried doing a password recovery however none of the emails that I used to accociate with the account are valid. ALSO, at 4:55 AM PST Today on Feb 28,2021, he requested a password change. I can see this because I got an email notification from the secondary email that I attached to the EA account. At 5:01 AM PST Feb 28,2021, he removed my secondary email from the EA account. I attached a photo for both of these.

I want a refund for the $300 that I bought the account for. If we cannot come to a resolution, I will request a PERMANENT BAN for the account as I have all the necessary info to do so.

Hi, I understand this distress but I don't understand why you're throwing accusations at me. You know I have been contacting support in all my free time, and I've even been messaging you whilst I was at work.
I have tried to help you so much and I do continue to do so but I need you to stop this harrass
 
@DawnQT please contact EA support and help him to get his account back. If you are unable to then a full refund must be issued

Upon further investigation, I believe that the buyer is actually trying to scam me.
The buyer has the original e-mail, I have given it to him at time of transaction and he changed all of the information so, of course, I have no access to it as I don't have the password.

The buyer also has said that I connected to the g-mail account via these IP's. This is a complete lie as I never once got into the e-mail, nor, tried to access the e-mail again, and what can be taken from this is that the IP is not even mine - which is why I THOUGHT the account was hacked, and I was contacting EA support extremely often to try and help him.

What I didn't notice was at the times he sent, I was asleep, because as he lives in Canada, the time would have been 4-5am for me, which is extremely early morning - yet it's midday for the Buyer. I also told the Buyer that I was going to bed after the transaction was made - as it was 1am for me at point of selling the account for him. He also lied to me at the same time, saying that he lost his mother and of course, I offered all the help I could and said for him to message me back if he ever needed anything. I didn't expect him to scam me.

All of this can be explained by a simple VPN.
I believe the buyer was using a VPN to fake the IPs as I was, as previously stated, asleep.
Furthermore, I have also told the Buyer to contact EA as he now has the original e-mail, as of which I need to get full support from EA and to get the account back - however he has not even tried to contact EA support for it.

In conclusion, I believe the Buyer is using a VPN to fake action on (his) the original e-mail and if he really did believe that someone hacked the account, he would've contacted EA support, even as I mentioned that he should aswell.

Those united kingdom logins and password changes were at times in the EARLY AM, 4-6AM PST. The first time it was changed, I messaged this guy FIRST thing when I found out, but I was able to recover the account. I'M HIGHLY CERTAIN, I was able to recover due to the fact that EA reverted back the EMAIL of the EA account to the gmail he provided to me because I didn't change its password right away, which I should've since a guy with 0 feedback would probably try something like this lol.

Its really simple, im not using no VPN to scam. If you need the "ORIGINAL EMAIL" to contact them, then contact them, and if you need a verification code or whatever they ask I can give it. Unless the email you provided is a fake one lol.

I've had multiple BIGGER transcations with MULTIPLE people. All good feedback, no problems, expect with you lol.
 
@Angel @DawnQT He also provided me with the FAKE "ORIGINAL EMAIL". All the emails in the gmail he gave me with the account only dates back to FEB 15, 2021. Also the account was a NEW SIGN on Feb 15,2021,which is probably when the fake email was created. I contacted support as well, see the photos. The email he gave was not the original email. See attached photos of me and the support from EA.

is not the email they are asking for. @juganza you stated that you had a similar issue earlier. How did you succeed to recover the account the first time? There is nothing on the image except your words that you managed to figure it out and that no need for further assistance. Can you explain please? If you asked support for help please post an entire conversation image
 
When I first received the account, I switched the EA account to one of my own personal emails. I didn't change the password of the email he provided when I bought the account. When I found out the email I switched the account to was "no longer found" , so the best possible thing for me to try was to try using the email he gave and it worked. The best possible explanation I have is that EA reverted the email back to what it previously was ([email protected]). I've had an issue like this previously on a different account, to which the email gets revereted back to the previous email. That is why you can see in my chat log with the seller, where I messaged him regarding me not being able to log into the account anymore. That is when I found logins on the gmail from the united kingdom. And that was the first time I recovered the account. When I messaged him the "I figured it out" that was because I was able to reset it using ([email protected]) however now I cannot. And as you can see in the support chat log, [email protected] is not even the original email.
