What is the dispute about? I purchased the Alchemy Stars account on June 5, 2022 for the price of $45 USD paid via Paypal Friends and Family. I had obtained access to both the account login and hotmail account. For the game login, I was able to change the password. However for the hotmail account, I was unable to secure(password or change recovery e-mail) as there was a 30 day freeze on any account changes as the seller had changed the recovery e-mail on May 22, 2022. I had asked him to assist and he said the previous phone linked was a throwaway. I said let's wait until the freeze on the hotmail account is resolved on June 21, 2022 so that he can provide me with the security codes to secure the account. He had agreed at that point.
On June 21, 2022, I had contacted him on Epic DM to ask him to assist in help securing the e-mail account. After some back and forth without any help, he then told me he was busy at work and will help me when he is home. That was the last I heard from him.
Last night, I was logged out of the account by the game. I tried to access both the game account and hotmail account but the password was changed on both. I reached out to the seller but did not get a response. I also saw that he is once again posting the account for sale on the below listing:
