So, In the same day after i did purchased the account eliotx he recovered it but he didn't want to reconize that. Angel (The Middleman, contacted him and he recoverd the account in the same day).
After that nothing happend. Everything worked fine. So the transaction was made on the date 20 Jun 2021 and yesterday 7 Oct 2022 i got a email on my secondary email adress that was attached to the account that said my Password has been changed and the email also. Without my right. I didn't asked for that and i didnt accepted this change, i didn't clicked on any link from that email but the credentials of the account has been changed. Now if i want to recover the password it says that the Account doens't exist. So i went to the EA support yesterday and today but they cannot help me if i do not come with the Original Email Adress. So i dont know this email adress, the owner didn't gave me that adress. And if this issue will be solved i really want from him to gave me the Original Email Adress that account has been created. I assure you that no one had my account after i did the purchase. I am not that kind of dude who share his good with someone else speaking here about the game accounts. So after the purchase only me was the one who knew the details.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Here are some screens when the first recall has been made after the purchase.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) : He didn't mention anything about that, but when the recall has been made he could recover the account so he has the Original Email for sure. You cannot recover a Apex account since they ask you for Original Email that the account has been created.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) : Everything has been made via middle man but i have received only the safe email created by the middleman with password and the apex password. After those changes in the same day the recall happend.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? The account has been purchased in 20 Jun 2021, the recall has been made on the same day a bit later and after that yesterday 7 Oct 2022 i had no issue.
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
I did posted upper the screens about last recall when i was talkin' with Angel about this.

Do not understand me wrong but just what i want is my account back.
I am sure that the owner of the account from who i have purchased the account can help with the recover.
I do not acuse if he was the one who did the recall maybe he was a hacker who knows, but i want to mention that i have 3 Apex Legends accounts, and i am playing on them everytime so its kinda obvious that from 3 Accounts that i have only the purchased one was Hacked/Recalled.
I just want to have the full control of the account.
After the purchase and after angel helped me to get the account back from recall i kinda invest in this account with hours of playing, with money so i dont wanna lose this. As i said before to make this i tryied to recover the account by myself from EA but no chance without the Original Email.
I forgot to add a screen with email adress notification about those changes.
