Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I had opened a sale for a platinum league of legends account, at first, I was only selling it for money, but then the person I am accusing of offered a gold account that I had a interest in, I had him make a epicnpc account and go along with a trade that he agreed to. I went first in giving the account details, and gave him the pin to change e-mails, but once I did that, he did not give me his pin in order for me to change my e-mail to his account.
Other details / notes: After he had scammed me, he told me to suck his penis, and admitted to having scammed a ton here before, but that he was too smart for epicnpc and the people there, and linked me this post: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1089101-Scammed-by-SmallTrees saying how he boned this guy. He also had threatened me that I would regret recovering the account, and threatened me at the end of the conversation.
I tried to be relaxed and see if he would be nice enough to just go along with the trade, I even gave him the benefit of the doubt believing he would turn out to be an alright guy, but in the end, he just ended up being a heartless scammer who didn't even want to take on the chance that I was giving him. I gave him a full day and so, but he did not seem to be changing his mind after all the chances I gave him to go along with the trade. Also, I have begun to recover the account he scammed from me, I am the original owner of it and have already sent Riot Support the e-mail to get it recovered. All I would like is for this person to be punished in some sort of way. Indeed ban him once again, but he admitted to having made over 10,000 USD from this website by scamming, is there no way to stop this?

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? No I did not, I should have somehow figured out a way to do so.
Have you traded with this person before? No.
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? About 4, 3 went smoothly, one I did scam, but apologized immediately and gave the account the person payed for, which is also in my negative feedback, which I deserve even though I did give him everything he payed for. I usually only do transactions with highly repped people, but since I was selling the account, and the person seemed like a trustable guy, I gave it a shot, but next time I know for sure to never transact with someone who even in the slighest does not seem trustable.
