Zoland had left a negative feedback for me, but he never had traded with me,need help.

Hello,
Zoland(his skype name is R R Moss) who added me few days ago, and asked my partner about the gold price and how to do the gold trade,since my partner is not goot at English and he answered his question with few words even one letter.thus he lefe me the negative feedback. I had apologized to him, but i dont think he has the permission to leave the feedback for me.
I hope ur guys can help me. Thanks a lot.
