So a few days ago I sold an account using EpicNPC which was a succesful transaction nothing wrong, buyer payed and received the account.

A few days later I tried to sell one of my other accounts and when middleman asked me for login info I accidentaly copied the login info of the account I sold a few days prior and didn't realise, after MM tried to log in into the account and tell me its not working I double checked and realised I sent him the wrong credentials.

After that the buyer I sold the account to a few days prior changed his feedback to negative and is probably trying to chargeback from paypal because he leaves me on seen and doesent want to look into the chatlogs to see it was just a mistake.

Please contact him to reply to solve this issue easier if not I can provide a video proof of the chatlogs with the middleman as proof that it was just a mistake and misunderstanding, tho I would gladly prefer the video to not be posted public because there are personal informations from me and buyer and it shold be kept private between us and the moderators.

24 to march and 26 to march the account tried to be logged and changed pw , i left a negetive feedback and asked to charge back due to this happning

I didn't change any credentials, I didn't even know they were changed (because the middleman changed everything after I gave him the wrong account) that's why I didn't contact + you did not even want me to send you video of chatlogs from trade guardian you just straight up went with negative feedback and acusing without communication.

Looking into the ss's u sent you can clearly see its United States where the MM was from then I tried to log in to see why it doesent work and thats when I realised it's the wrong account, you didn't change the credentials after getting access to the account you just linked an autentificator app, this could've been prevent earlier and I could've seen I sent the wrong account earlierr if you would've secured the account since the MM couldn't access it and he would've let me know it's not working.

Before acusing me with your theories why don't you want to see the chatlogs huh? Are you that desperate to charge back 50$? I'll send you back the money and you can keep the account if you're that greedy and don't want to understand it was just a mistake I'm tired of this already.
 
i can see on 24 to march which is 2 days before the sell u made u logged into the acc and even on the 26 to march

why would i wait for u to show me anything,the moment i saw my acc was logged i chargeback and changed to negetive feedback

I don't even remember but why tf didn't you change the pass after you bought the acocunt, it was probably when I tried to switch accounts and I copied the wrong account again since I got multiple accounts and I don't remember which one is which (because my dfummy mails and pass are smiliar to know it's for black desert and not over games) I just copy paste from my discord where I save the login info
 
I'm going to contact the MM that was in my transaction to come here with words regarding that as proof, I did make a mistake by not paying enough attention regarding my accounts loggins but you did mistakes as well including not securing your account and trying to be a thief now, you said I recalled the account but you still have full access to it, none of this would've happened if you changed the password after buying the account
 
What I'm trying to say is that my mistake is not deleting info from accoutns already sold and yours is that you did not secure the account because if you did I could'nt have had access to log in by mistake and then I would've realised oh **** it's the wrong account
 
I'm assuming my mistakes but don't act like you didn't do anything wrong cause you did your mistakes as well + it's really easy to blame me for being scammer instead of trying to understand It was a mistake that could've been preventet if you were more careful with securing your account, I'm not putting the blame on you it's more of a lesson

1st u entering my acc -than not saying anything,2days after u changing my pw and logging my account and AGAIN dont say anything. HOW THE **** ITS MY MISTAKE
 
Why are you not securing your account brother, on the 24th most probably I opened up pearl abyss online and I wasnt disconected from the acc becasue you didn't log out of all devices after you purchased the account, I told 3 times already I apologise for my mistake of copy pasting the wrong log in details but YOU could've prevented all of this bullshit if you would've secured your account

Good morning.
As the seller mentioned, the account information sent that day was incorrect. I did change all the information; however, I couldn't access Black Desert, which led to the transaction being canceled.
I believe the seller should have informed the buyer as soon as the problem arose with the previous buyer to avoid this kind of issue. Likewise, the previous buyer should have also corrected their account information.
You shouldn't argue about this. The best thing for both parties would be to reach an agreement calmly and respectfully, without arguments or offensive language, as this won't lead to any positive outcome.
 
You can start off by apologising like I did and you'll see everything is fine, also if you think about it's not safe to play any purchased account regardless of who you buy from I asumme you already changed stuff in the account like using silver etc so I'm not interested to buy back unless it's intact
 
i wont apologise for nothing as its ur own fault,dont try to make me a part of ur mistake,u got into my account 2 times and never told me anything about,and even after the first time u didnt even deleted the info from ur notes.
 
Why not apologise for being mean and trying so hard to prove your point and didn't want to listen until the MM came to comfirm, like everyone said you have your own fault too and both of us should've apologised but you got too much ego to do so, so I guess I will just wish you the best of luck as I'm not gonna bother anymore.

i bought account from you than you've logged twice[in diffrent days] to my account and you even changed my pw,and u even noticed thats is not ur account and u never notifyied me HOW is my mistake ??.
be responssible for ur own mistakes and dont blame others.

I didn't change any password lol? Ur lying about that, you still have full access to the account, you even got the authentificator linked to it, now stop replying like ur some smart guy cause ur only writing useless stuff so far, stop with your ego and assume your own mistakes like I did with mine, and there is a difference between me telling you to assume mistake and BLAMING you for everything, ur starting to annoy me already

Because you left me on read and refused to communicate to understand what happened, so yeah you are an immature guy for leaving me on read instead of communicating
 
  • Feedback will only be reviewed if Trade Guardian was used. Any Trade Guardian service.
  • If Trade Guardian was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
    • If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
    • If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed.
