I sold him an account for 210$ a week or two ago. He didn't have the money to pay it all at once he said, so I agreed to letting him pay 175$ that day and then 35$ the next week.

I gave him the account name, pass, SQ/A, email access (the works) after he gave me the 175$ that day.
A week later I saw 35$ in my paypal, I appreciated him sticking up for his end of the deal.

This morning I come and see that he's disputed the 175$ in paypal.

Before he contacted me on AIM (chatlog bellow) I responded to the dispute on paypal.

You received the item on the day you payed me, moments after you paid me. It being non-tangible property (World of Warcraft account) I was able to give you the account name and password as well as the secret question and answer as soon as the the payment showed up on paypal.

If you recall you were buying the account for 210$, but you were short on money. I agreed that you could give me 175$ then and I'd give you the account as long as you gave me your word that in the next week you'd send the next 35$ week.

You gave me 175$ on Oct 19, 2009.

You then gave me 35$ on Oct 26, 2009; proving that you still had the account and finishing the arrangement.

Today (Oct 28) you recalled the 175$ saying you didn't receive the item.

You buy and sell accounts in mass, so I assume this is just a mistake. I'd appreciate it if you'd get back to me on aim (codyhascooties) or via email ([email protected]) soon.

Then he contacted me on AIM.
Apparently someone tried to recall the account AFTER HE SOLD IT SOMEONE ELSE FOR 500$ (300$ profit.)

I've never gotten an ID when using markee. The only time I've had this happen previously (an account get locked) was when it was actually my roommates account, so it was a relatively easy fix.

I didn't do anything but sell you an account which then became your responsibility. I never had any problems when I was playing the priest and I think it's incredibly unfortunate this happened but there tons of different ways for you to protect that account.

hi, The account was sold to me and then i got an email from blizzard saying the account was called in on and is locked until the OO's id is fax in, so the oo either call or the seller , regardless i was given a unsafe account, i filed a dispute with paypal after not being able to get ahold of the seller until the most recent convo me and the seller had,
the seller admits its possible the account was recall and he was saying i just cant refund you even tho that is what should of been done, the chat logs proof he knows it could of been closed, pm my other vouchs they all will vouch for me

please prove yourself innocent by providing proof - not saying you are lying but we allow anymore who pays to advertise here unless they are proven to be scammers - e.g. gamepal

or maybe a more in depth explanation would help?

what other information would you like from me? all my buyers think i am fine, i have proof on other websites of rep and he cant prove the acc wasn't compromised, i filed the complaint because i couldn't get a hold of him, but sure did he download aim when he saw the complaint, if he can call in and fix the acc then ill close the complaint, or if i am told to by this site ill close the complaint but i was told i would be covered, i trusted the seller so i didn't take screen shots but nor did he except the most recent aim, i am willing to talk on the phone or anything you need

I sold him the account for dirt cheap.
210$ for a full furious priest, full T8.5, mechhog, 10K gold. I just wanted a quick sale from someone who seemed reputable enough to not give me any trouble.

All conditions were met and I was pleased to get rid of my last WoW account (game has taken far too much of my time recently).

The buyer knew I was not the OO and he knew I couldn't provide an ID. I had played the account for quite sometime without having any trouble, I didn't think security would be an issue.

He bought the account for 210 and resold the account for 500. I understand it's getting expensive, because you have to buy Vanilla WoW, TBC, and Wrath, but he could have bought new CD Keys and transferred the toon to a new account. I understand that would "cut into his profits" but he still would have made 200$ (as opposed to 300$). Whomever he sold the account to ALSO could have put the character on a new account. I provided first name/last name, SQ/A, email access -- they had the information they needed to do that.

I don't understand how I'm responsible. I've always considered selling an account a passing of the torch if you will. I didn't expect there to be issues and I do think it's unfortunate that there are, but they're not my fault and I don't think I should be responsible for them. How do I know that the person he sold it to didn't try and trade then have issues? How do I know that the third party didn't mess up somewhere and then recall their money from Gameprimary's paypal? It would make sense that if that happened Gameprimary, trying not to get burned would recall his money.

I think it's dumb that these two (The party gameprimary sold to and Gameprimary himself) just passed problems they had down the totem poll until it couldn't go any lower (me).

I took out time stamps from the AIM log and added colons to make it easier to read.

Im going to have my partner close the claim, however the seller blocked me and i cannot get ahold of him, i dont think this was handled fairly as the seller promised me he would refund if problems happened but ive left a message to close the claim it should be closed by tomorrow
