Reported problem: Hello, I purchased an Umamusume JP account from a user named Almond Eye using the Trade Guardian middleman service. The transaction took place about two days ago.

For the first day after the transaction, everything seemed fine - I was able to log into the account and use it without any issues. However, today, when I logged in and checked the in-game profile, I noticed that the account name had been changed. Additionally, a comment appeared on the profile (Umamusume allows users to add comments to their own profiles) stating: “scammer ongol.” I can provide screenshots if necessary, as I am unable to attach them here.

On top of that, the 1,500 Carats (the in-game currency) I had saved were somehow spent on a 10 gacha pull, leaving me with none. Furthermore, a Career mode run that I had started but not completed a few hours earlier had been finished when I logged back in later.

The seller claims they logged out after transferring the account to the middleman and have not accessed it since. However, it appears that someone else currently has full access to the account and is able to use it freely.

I am concerned that the account may have been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized party, possibly by someone with prior access to the account. I would appreciate your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter.

Outcome of dispute: After sale someone kept accessing the account. Seller claimed to be OO, but this appears to be false.

Seller was requested to issue full refund. Stopped replying. Banned.
