So since a scammer keeps denying that he has still access to the said account and claims it to have been retrieved by me which I couldn't because following japanese statement taken by Mobage when I tried it yesterday.

So I am playing with the thoughts of reporting him multiple times with the help of other people, who are also in charge of the Forum that handles trades to Granblue Fantasy.

Can I threat him that, I will be going to do so if he dosen't closes down the PayPal Chargeback? This is my last Resort and I am slowly really loosing my patience and mind over just the fact that nobody of EpicNPC has sat down and talked with me about the situation. I would have wished someone did but after 2 days with no reply I have to do something. Needless to said the time I have used up with this, sorry, "Bullshit" could have spent well on something else.

Well they do not condone reporting fellow members to the game companies here.
By telling him you are going to report him is bullying and harassing him.

No mod or admin contacts you about situations this is not a hand holding group.

If he is a member here follow the rules and open a dispute here against him and an admin and mods will respond to the thread. You will not get contact on a messaging system or some one to talk to you about it. They will handle it via a thread in active disputes only.

I have tried opening a dispuit but it has been moved to the bin, and when he opened one accusing me of being a Scammer he closed it down so that nobody can reply to the thread. The way this has been handled is just not ok, let me point this out.

I wonder if I can trust that offer, I'm scared at the moment. I have contacted you though. If you can really resolve the issue, I would be thankful.
