Bought a Granblue account from him via ebay so luckily in a few days when it calculates that the item would have arrived i can open a claim i asked him on discord to help me learn the basics of the game he made it clear he was still logged in even after i changed email and password as he set up weapons and helped me sort to find character i went to get on granblue today and the account had been transfered i tried loggin in to no avail

Did the seller say he is the original owner? (provide proof) unsure
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) he gave me the id and password
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 1 day

Method of Contact is wrong since It only states one way I have contacted you, I did also contact you through the Chats in EpicNPC. You have blocked me on Discord even if I was going to settle this matter out, I have informed the SuperModerator "Yoshihiro" already about this matter. Why do you still search for accounts even after you have purchased one from me? You behaviour is completely questionable. Also is the approximately value of the account wrong it was 50$. I have not logged the account anymore afterwards, look if you don't want the account and you keep this on halt just give it back to me and I cancel the order on eBay straight away and give you back your money, as long you have not gone total amok and deleted all contents.

I have even taken the time yesterday to explain you the game, because you said you have no experience, I took my time and yet I am being accused of have pulled a scam on you? And again if you don't want the account as it seems give it back to me and I give you your money back, then for me this case is settled, stop scamming people and wasting their time.

i do not have the account as i said the account was called back there for i have no access to it again the only thing i had up currently was the one ad where you yourself commented on ? I will be contacting ebay/paypal about this as you proved on discord you had access to the account even after i changed the email. AGAIN WHERE AM I SEARCHING FOR A GRANBLUE ACCOUNT BC I CERTAINLY HAVE NO OTHER POST BESIDES THE ONE YOU YOURSELF POSTED ON. HOW AM I SCAMMING ANYONE WHEN I HAVE YOU ACCUSING ME OF LIES EITHER WAY EBAY WILL SETTLE THIS.
 
Also judging by your response you have checked the contents on the Account at 00:15 (GTM+1) stated in this screenshot and at 00:33 (GTM +1) you stated that you have finally had changed the account details. So, judging by this you have received the account, I have given you the information on eBay you have logged in checked it and afterwards changed the information, based on those screenshots here:

That is the same thing I have qouted to prove that you are lying around, just look at the times those conversations have been posted and then you take 1 +1 = result is that I have never logged again after you have changed the details. Neither does that prove that I have logged you.

I will be handling this via paypal/ebay and opening a dispute with them when the ebay time allows, since it took place there more than here just wanted to warn the community of this guy thanks epicnpc im done with this guys harassment so i am closing it so he can no longer post slander

[HIDE=999]Hi, yes i also have photo proof of not having access to the count and photo proof of Romolus being on the account even after the password change ect. I used my second granblue account to go look at the friend code i send in a recover email and have not got a response from granblue. i also have screenshot of the messages asking him what happend. I went to look via my secondary granblue account and it looks like he had apparently changed the info on the fc to some hacker group website. at this point i feel as though he's trying to cover his tracks or something i was trying to avoid conflict by letting paypal resolve it but he keep on messaging me and harassing me i had to block him on epic and call ebay to get his emails to stop. again i tried over and over to resolve this peacefully but instead of listening to me he began accusing me of things again let me know which screenshot you would like and i will gladely provide them i opened a paypal dispute as i didn't know what else to do since apparently me talking to him got me accused of things. if support for granblue ever replies id gladely give him the account back as this stress is too much for me to deal with. being harassed and bullied is not acceptable. also the info on the account fc when i looked was ccc.de some german hacking site so i assume that is how he got access to it

Since she has no proof and I was able to debunk it, can I now call the police? I am tired dealing with this children stuff and want to hand this in to authorities.

I have told about this story to the entire GBF community, they are informed and all vouche for me not being a scammer, dosent matter if GBF facebook or Gaijins they all know about the timelines and what actions I have taken already towards this fraud. All I want is to have my account back now, since she has my money.

I doubt there will be any further response to this topic anymore, so can we turn now the daggers sides and point them at the scammer herself, right?

Must have really thought that it's dosen't seems rather obvious that that accusation has holes larger than the entire ocean. In fact once you state three different things to have taken place, that accusation gets rather not bullet proof.

I have done what has to be done here and documented every single event and statement that has taken place, my conclusion is that I am shocked, that people are so vicious and plot such heinous deeds towards people, who have never done anything wrong. Sorry but I just had to say this, because I am really disappointed.

The account was transferred through the ebay message service. All information regarding password and e-mail that was registered on the account was given to the seller. Afterwards the seller was given a proper instruction on how to properly terminate all loggings to the account and how to change the password and e-mail. I have also pointed that out explicitly, since it is very important to terminate all existing connections that are still present, or otherwise yes of course you can still access the accounts from those connections that haven't been cutted. When the password and e-mail has been changed or either one of those even if a connection is still present you cannot change the e-mail and password without entering the new ones. So it wouldn't be possible to even retrieve the account, one because of the changed information as also because the support refuses to do so.

But that goes for pretty much a lot of the Mobage game accounts.
Super complicated I know, but its a design flaw those accounts have. They don't kick you out of your account once you change the information, however without the new information you won't be able to change the information anymore regarding password or emails. Let's just summarize this up.

The real event that has taken place is that this person freaked out and threw knives of accusations at me out of pure hysteria, just because she hasn't got a clue how the game works or how to turn on and off options and thought I would have done something.

Imagine 44 euroes and so much drama. And yet I am still dealing with this topic. Deep down I am getting crazy slowly, I just want this terror to end and move on to other trades.

May I ask a honest question when or what will there be a resolution to this? Because since now I am the only party willing to solve this conflict, since at the very beginning of it.

PayPal has just refunded the money to the buyer, which I have expected. So where is my account? Time to flip the table and point at the scammer himself? Who still says she has got no clue about anything and acting rather "senile"? I mean since I have been scammed of my property I want that justice is being done against this person, so that this person cannot go around and further scam sellers.

I'm still wondering what the old e-mail and password is gonna help even now. The account was even linked to one of my legit Gmails I use. Kinda don't welcome the idea to expose it here but if you really need it and it helps the cause I don't mind anymore, mainly because I just want this this drama to end thats being settled on my time and my back. She logged the GBF account and changed the password and login. My email wasn't needed anymore, neither did I ever received a code. The code was sent to one of her emails, so I don't know she has the account thats all I can know for sure. @EpicNPC CM Is there something that you don't understand, about how those accounts are being changed? Its very specified in those threads I have linked.

Why should I give someone access to a e-mail where multiple of my accounts are assigned and which is linked to my twitter, my esty account, my FFXIV, my Discord, my EpicNPC account, my Play-Asia account ... that is one my private e-mails. I can show it to you if you don’t believe me, but this all has nothing to do with Granblue Fantasy or how you should trade those accounts. Access to it was never required and if it would have been I would have made a new email and resigned it. Could you please check the links for what is required?

What is so unclear about the fact that I am the one who got scammed. Why am I still the accused when this isn’t my fault in the first place? Even everybody else on this Forum saw that I am not a scammer and that a mischievous woman just wants to harm me reputation. I don’t know what else for other informations to provide more then I already have. She has received the account has confirmed the contents in those screenshots.

She has reassigned the account to one of her e-mails and received the code on one of her e-mails. If something else would have been needed it would have been provided. The fact is now that she is sitting with double the profit on her hands and thinking “Oh what a great idea to reinact the scammed person”.

(I used to play Granblue Fantasy) @Memzymoomoo Confirms by the screenshot posted before (here https://imgur.com/OBVBG4P) that they manage to change the email of the account, which would require the old email to confirm this via a code, and if this happens it can't be recalled. I don't believe support will help with account recalls as they are against account selling/trading, especially since it is very unlikely for someone to have both email and account hacked. Romolus mentions how you would have to manually log out the account from the buyers side which is true on this game, but even if the buyer didn't do this for whatever reason seeing how the email info was changed, the current owner can still log out all game accounts at any time using the Chrome instructions given by him, and anyone on the account couldn't change the details but still play the game as they wouldn't know the current password etc as that information would have been changed. I don't see any proof other than words showing that the account has been recalled but I played the game awhile ago so the methods to recall an account may have changed using something else other than email.[/HIDE]
 
So after everything we came to the decision that we will not be banning anyone, however you both can leave each other negative feedback.

If someone wants to open a support ticket to provide more proof we can reopen the case.

And what is with me? I have been robbed of my personal property, and there wasn't any proof anymore that could have been provided. I have displayed every single bit of what I have known, while she is being offline and came away with profit on her hands. At least move this dispute to the bin, because it has harmed my dignity and reputation already enough. Thats the least I demand, since i don't want to be associated with things I have never committed in the first place.
 
If it is what it takes to get justice served, then I will write a ticket of course. My only purpose I see here right now is to prevent that other people get harmed. I will send a ticket soon providing a chronological correct summery of what has happend and all screenshots.
