Why do I have trade with caution?

I have not completed any transactions using this account as of now, though I have dmed sellers inquiring about the pricing of their accounts. This resulted in a chat ban, which has since been resolved. I would like this label to be removed, as I would like to sell an account and am worried this will deter potential buyers. In my listing, I have enabled TradeGuardian, which I hope assures people of the legitimacy of my sale.
