What should I do?
Recently I purchased powerleveling from a user on this forum. I got it at a good price for 1-60. Anywho, then the massive ban came. My character did not get banned luckily but the Powerleveler stated that he was refunding everyone their money back. I have not had any word from him for about 5 days now. What can/should I do?
