What is up with MM Fee payment methods?

Literally nothing there I can use, no Paypal, no Skrill, nothing normal or useful.

Pretty sure I have used something in the past for it that I have had.

I up this. I've definitely used paypal. Or a US issued credit card to pay MM fee. Yet have no decent options to pay now.

Keep in mind that some MM’s are accepting PayPal directly for the TG fee in some cases, and then paying for the transaction themselves.
