Hello,as probably previous members mentioned,i have a problem loading others people pages,my avatar picture somehow isn't the good size as it was previosly.
I must admit, as @ITALY said,this is one of the most popular sites,with the new look that it has,people won't take it seriosly.
No idea why did the site even need an update,cause it looked good and ran smoothly for years.
I have problem with feedback aswell,it went from 104 to 83.
Hope that these issues will be fixed and that we can continue using this site as before.

Got to agree on that with Italy. The overall colour scheme is just not appealing to the eyes, even after starring at it for a longer duration and that the overall design is just not very professional looking at all. Maybe in the near future they should just revamp the overall design a bit or at least give us the option like for exmaple on 4chan, that users can select between 5 different pre-constructed colour schemes and designs themselves. Might also be a option just a thought on that from me.

Though I have to give the guys some credits for the effort to probably make the site a bit more user friendlier and for the one week troubling for coding this entire site, it's a hard task even with the basic knowledge of PHP and other coding languages. So it was clear from the beginning that a few things will just be bugged, but right now we don't have any major bugs that make it impossible to even slightly trade on here. I'd say give them some time and I am sure they will add a few things and hopefully also tweak the colour and design in the future.

The new look doesn't necessary seem bad, it's just very different from what we're used to. Maybe we just have to get used to it.
You have the option to pick between 5 different color schemes in the top right corner. Though they are similar. It's probably easy to make new ones.

For now, my opinion is neutral. Will give it some time to get used to it and for the bugs to get fixed. No reason to start bashing on the first day :D

Sorry for creating a 2nd account but there's no other way for me to report an issue with my main account.

#1 Issue: I keep getting the following error after logging in. I cannot view inbox, view posts, or anything. Please fix thanks. My user name is XtremeGacha.

#2 Issue: My password gets changed or something after I log out:
1. Log in
2. Log out
3. Log in again
4. Doesn't accept my password anymore
5. I have to reset my password at this point but the cycle just continues

Hey,
I understand that progress is important and this will get better.
The only thing I cannot find is how to order my own threads like it was in the previous forum. It was ordered based on when was the last time the thread was bumped. This helped me organize my threads as I didn't need to bump all of them every day.
Right now it's organized based on the last post in that thread.
Also as I type this message the horizontal scroll below my message keeps bugging out.

Also, where the hell do I search for users? As it stands I'm unable to find users who tell me their EpicNPC username on skype and stuff.

1. I want to know where i can find out all my threads, i want to bump my threads, but it seems difficult for me to find out all my threads.

2. Phone Verification doesn't work for me.

I am trying to use my account, though I cannot. I get the "You do not have permission to view this page..." basically everywhere.
It tells me phone verification has been successful, though when I enter the "Account details" and there the "Account upgrades" Tab I see the green box "Phone Verification Required".
Though it does not work. When entered my phone (tried both numbers I have available) and press proceed just nothing happens.
I deleted cookies, cache, tried multiple browsers, nothing helped.

Is it possible to increase the number of images for a thread? When I try to edit my other threads I have the message of "limit 12 images". Thank you.

The user Invisibility22, a premium seller with pretty much all the upgrades on the (old) forum asked me to message you as he can't post anything. He can log in, but he gets this error / message right after, so he asks if you could fix his account as he was offering services on EpicNPC. He said he is already upgraded so the message doesnt make sense and when he tries to upgrade, nothing happens so he can't do that even if he wanted. He can't do anything else like browse the forum or move from that page. He can't post and ask for help on the forum either, for the same reason.

After reading this page, it seems it's the same problem that other users like XtremeGacha2
 
1. Watched threads are all stacked up right now. Please implement folders like it was before, so that we can arrange different threads we watch in to separate folders. This will save alot of time for users who are watching like 30+ threads
and have them in different market sections.
2. What ITALY said above. I dont want to quote him, but text and background color combination is very bad in my opinion. Theres not much contrast and its hard on eyes.
3. Entire inventory is gone. I have had over 40 items purchased and running. I guess this will be fixed in time.
4. Search box.. It was one of the best features we had on old website.
5. Regarding sticky thread 7 days downtime refund, can i have +7 days on my sticky thread sub?
6. When you edit threads, theres no more "advanced" so im not sure how am i supposed to edit thread title now.
7. I see that 2fa is disabled and removed entirely. Does this mean we have to re-enable it?
8. When editing threads im getting "Message is too long, please shorten it" and "Please enter a valid message". Can we do something about this. I am unable to edit my threads completely.
9. Close thread and Mark as sold-We need this as well.

All filter categories that were chosen before update are gone.

Can't choose it even when I do edit.
 
Also can't find basic search by keywords (not "search forum")
 
Help!

I can't do anything with my account "Emeraldsrs". Please, kindly, fix this. I tried creating another account to report this but got banned doing so. Can you delete this account afterwards and the other one I tried to create as well? Thank you!

Same issue as the many other people have. Can't access forum on my main account. Already contacted EpicNPC staff (via "contact us" button) with all the details, but figured might as well post it here.

P.S. If any admins read this, please delete this account AFTER the issue with my main will be resolved.

I created this acc only to inform you about my problem and ask for help. I cant see forums, cant edit or bump my threads, cant ever check my mails. Im loosing customers and money because of your fault. Please solve this problem as soon as possible!
No matter what, I still believe in you, EpicNPC, and hope that you will not leave this problem as it is.

Same, please focus on fixing it, its kinda weird - some people alrdy bumping and trading when someone cant do anything...
 
New site looks good to me but as others said there are many bugs out there and need to be fixed, can't see some upgrades and also can't see other profiles. You need to add other shortcuts to the site as well like before. I hope you will figure out them all Mike, take it easy!

moderator approval settings were adjusted. Should be better. Tested the report button, wasn't able to replicate any problems, it worked.

same problem for me , also says error for images
 
Please enter a message with no more than 20000 characters.
Please enter a message with no more than 12 images.

I seems I deleted it by accident yesterday, its been restored. Sorry.

Your sticky thread expired on Nov 10th and since it was outbid it's been unstuck. Partial refunds will be issued next week for lost time.
 
When will personal MM services be available again? Only getting errors now when trying to use the option.

For anyone that has the log-in issue where they get the "Oops, we ran into a problem.", log in to the site from a private window (Private Browsing in Firefox and Incognito on Chrome). That solved my issue. Once I logged in from the private window, then logged out and logged into the site normally from a regular browser window, everything worked.

Hope that helps someone out!
