We have expanded the auto-reply system to include a new command feature that allowed members to setup their own auto-replies. These new commands options are only available to upgraded members (Epic Member) and can be found on our Predefined Message page. Up to 15 different commands can be created.

The commands use a # hashtag to initiate and currently we have 1 global command, but this could expand in the future.
Global chat commands:
#commands
If you're in chat and type this command, you will receive a list of commands that member has setup or a message saying they have no commands. You can then click on a command to receive their auto-reply message.
If you know a members commands already, you can also type the command into the chat to get the auto-reply.
Example:
I can setup a command called #help and enter any information I want.
When a member types #help in our chat, they will then receive the auto-reply with whatever information I setup.
This will allow sellers to provide vital information to potential customers even if you're off line. Sellers can setup commands to explain how payment works, or show current inventory or sales, or any information they feel is important to a customer.
