What is the dispute about?
He betrayed me for 1000€.
To understand what happened i need to explain what deal we agreed to. The deal was, I buy the Account for 2000€. But as i couldn´t offer the whole amount at once we maide the following deal, I send him 1000€ immediatly via paypal family and friends and in return I get Login Details for the Account. At the 15.5 I will send 500€ again and the last and final payment on 1.6 500€ again, after final payment I should recieve all Account details + email change and id copy.
Befor the first payment i asked for a few informations like Adress and full Name just to feel a little bit more safe (how stupid I was), he send me his details (located in Russia in Kyrillian letters, btw on this side he is marked as in german located, looks like this aís an lie too) and i send him mine, as i saw now he deleted or better said change his messenge where he originally send his detais ( all marked in screenhots). After we send details to each other I sended him the 1000€ via paypal family and friends to the paypal he send me [email protected]. Right after I send him the money i saw that the owner of the paypal account has a different name as the seller told me his name was. Also he said he didn´t recieve any money (can proof it´s send by screenshots of course). I immediatley opened a ticket on paypal, he was still saying that he didn´t recieve anything. I asked several times why there is different name at the paypal adress, but he didn´t answer my question he just said like "it´s not possible that there is a different name". A few minutes/hours later he said he recieved it, but the money is locked cause of the ticket I opened. He said he couldn´t give me login details till it´s locked. I was stupid enough and contacted paypal to stop the issue and told them everything is allright. He still said the money is locked and he can´t send me login details. Cause I couldn´t believe him I contected paypal again via messenger option, they told me the money isn´t locked anymore. So I contacted the seller again with an screenshot to proof it. At first he didn´t really respond, after I send it again and texted him a lot he said it´s free now and everything looks fine (date: 18.04.) he sended me "Login Details" as these Details are just crap i sahre it here with in the screenshot I took. These deatils are not working, I told him like a thousand times, he doesn´t refund money which i asked him for a thousand times as well. And on top of it he calls ME a Scammer. Also he was trying to sell the Account to an Friend of mine, while I already payed the 1000€. So he owes me 1000€.
