Verified Status Missing ?

Hello,

I was a verified member & all of a sudden i notice that my Verified status is missing & i am a normal member now.
is it possible to help me on this ??
Because i am pretty sure i have made all my trades properly without any issues, as all the accounts i ever sold were my own accounts. There are no chances of any problems with them unless the user did anything later.
Not sure if the Verified status was removed because of anything like that ? As i do not see any disputes raised against me as well.

The Verified Member status has to be renewed after one year. Have you checked if it has expired already or when you have purchased it?

Ahh i am not sure where i can check when i bought it ?
I think i got it around august last year ?
PS: i did not know i had to renew it every year.

Okay, just realised that my account was made on Dec 2018.
i will go ahead and purchase it once again, but i do not have a paypal & crypto is banned at my place. You can check my profile & most of the trades were on skrill / other game currency & all my buyers can vouch that i have never used paypal ever till date.

Can we use Skrill and then i provide with my bank statement + id proof along with the skrill transaction ? As i am verified on skrill which i showed the last time as well ?

To renew your upgrades or check remaining time, you can click on your avatar/name on the top right of the screen. Once done, a dropdown menu will appear, select "Account Details". On the left side of the screen, hit the "Account Upgrades" tab.

It was through paypal the last time but it had let me use it via direct pay to paypal account basis iirc, But right at this moment my banking partner auto declines any/all paypal payments. So i will have to try a crypto converter or anything like that.
The last time i did make the purchase, i had sent in my ID along with my skrill profile which is verified and quiet old.

Both of your upgrades expired on March 9th.

For Verified upgrades, you don't need to resubmit the upgrade, just click the Renew button instead from the upgrade page.
