Vendor slow transaction cancelled i got a negative

I received a negative feedback as a MIDDLEMAN because the Vendor did not provide the account details propwrly ans they were not working. Buyer got mad over the delay caused by the vendor and requested to cancel the trade and a refund. I cancelled the transaction as requested and he complained i didnt deliver the refund get, which is not up to me. I was waiting on the vendor to provide working data im not at fault for the delay. Nor for for fhe refund not being issued. Ultimatelt no transaction took place as it was cancelled as requeated by the buyer. I am on the phone slrry for tbe bad formatting and spelling mistakes

-I get a negative for not issuing the refund and being "slow" with the trans(?????? vendor didnt provide me anything working)
