I bought account from him on 2-13-2010 for around 185 usd threw paypal.
I told him my story about how I farm and stuff figured he was a cool guy EVEN GAVE ME ID. I even told him how 2 twv members gave me id and scammed me before..

today I get notice in email box that account email has been changed I have a friend that works as a community manager at blizz in france and guess what the email is back to [email protected]. This guy even sent me a fake email saying that the account was closed before he changed the email back.


he even asked me if he could unmerge one of the accounts that had [censored] toons on it I even said sure why not go for it. This guy is a [censored] retard cold hearted person.


Admins please ban this fool

PS I think I gave him positive feedback I figured hey ID long talk everything is cool.

but ONCE again got scammed on marke for the 3rd time with ID scan..

heres a short story

last 4 transactions on marke all with id 2 twv

3 of them scammed me. is that fun or what.

Firstly, Joepromo, could you tell me how you got ahold of those pictures? The address on the top left says [email protected]. Do you mean to say that he sent you those pictures in order to prove that an account closure occurred?

Secondly, you can change the rating by clicking his "Ratings" on the small user profile beneath his avatar, and then click your "Positive" rating, from which you can change to negative and edit your feedback.

Thirdly, User Notified.
 
those pictures are of the email that I created. they indicate the headers ect he used fake email service the other picture shows that the email on the account was changed back to a****.hotmail.co.uk. Anyhow you know what I dont have time to type now I am very busy doing wow farm here in china.

To mods just look up every single scam post I have made all of them have resulted in a ban to other person I dont make stuff up ever.

I'm unsure what to say about this accusation, sure the fakemailer looks bad but I did not take back that account.

I've sold numerous accounts on this site and no buyer had a problem, the guy runs a gold farm and obviously a farmer wanted to get greedy.

There is no proof that I'm responsible at all.

You say the b.net was changed back to it's original email, so why doesn't it show that?

I am willing to help Stacey get back the account however it might be hard at this time due to the blizzard offices being closed.

I also advice you to fully check out your farmers, since obviously they have the account information at hand and was probably easy for a quick sell.

Oh but it's so easy to blame the seller isn't it, especially those who haven't scammed at all since they've been here.
 
He seems to want to help we resolve this now so I dont know what to say if I jummped the gun ok I am sorry but everything was just to close togeather. Fake email change ect ect.
 
Alright, me and Stacey have came to an agreement.

He is willing to close the dispute once the account is back in his possession and hopefully that will be teh end of it.

First you hack my hotmail account, guess I shouldn't keep the same secret answer to my WoW account.

Then you send a fake mail saying the account email was changed since you said it was originally changed to [email protected].

Man, you're a disgrace.

Consdering he has now blocked me from MSN, I'm going to assume he obviously doesn't want to face the truth and says a lot about his honesty.

Hopefully the mods/paypal will see through this conman.
 
your not going to win I am sorry. in about 20 mins you will see a very big seller come here and vouch for me. He will state or should state that I buy accounts up the [censored] over and over from him for a very long time to the tune of well 10s of thousands of $$ worth.
 
You could have the president of the US vouch for you and it wouldn't make any difference, you blocked me when asked to help me resolve this issue and hacking my email and forging a fake email change says a lot.


I really want to resolve this issue but he is making it impossible, and because of his high rep he is looking for an easy target no doubt.

I'm beggining to suspect you tried to frame me from the start, why didn't you provide a header as proof like last time eh?

FIRST: how can you give back the account to Stacey, if you say you don t have it? First and big FAIL
Second: acc stolen + fake mail sent + you hilarious way of explaining things = Second big Fail
Third: your pwd recall screen is a joke-proof?

"joepromo" Is my biggest partner, more than 50% of my business I made in my reselling job was with him, he even got my Paypal pwd for times when I had problems with Paypal, wich he helped to solve.
So I know the history of this scam, and users as Dimensional should be banned as soon as possible for this kind of forums. TW Verified + Rated stammers are the most dangerous for the forum, so i ll feel better to know that this kind of actions are not allowed here. ( even for a first scam ) .
 
first: Because I am the first and only owner of the account and have ID to send, think it will look better from Blizzard's POV if it wasn't retrieved by a guy on the other side of the planet, don't you?

As I said before he probably thought it would be easy to rip some minor guy on the forum and since I don't have as much reputation as him he probably though it would be easy but obviously he is slipping up.

Also I don't think a vouch is good enough on this forum, you could be splitting the profits from the paypal win, if he wins anyway.. since paypal are against the sale of virtual items hopefully they'll see it in my favour pretty fast.

Your opinion on the faked emails is irelevant, why did'nt he provide the headers from the last ones to9 prove it was al egtimate email from Blizzard? Since he was very quick to explain way the other one in his inbox.


and also unless stacey isn't representing himself and getting his 'friends' to help him that shouldn't be allowed at all.

im gonna come in here on side of dimensional. He sold me a wow account 2 months ago and everything was fine, he went first EVEN THOUGH he was higher repped then me. I think its disgusting joepromo how you are trying to call him hacker by showing emails from his hotmail which you have clearly hacked. If you say you have a PI on the case which infact i highly doubt as why would they waste there time on this, they target card fraud and other high issue topics, not some lowly account trading. If your trying to get your PI to arrest dimensional for hacking, you hacked his hotmail account, which within itself is a crime, how do you suppose to get any sort of justice handed out.

Furthermore Joepromo your evidence is jumbled and inconclusive, your giving us emails from dimensionals hotmail account, you say the bnet email was changed to its orignal when it wasnt as dimensional clearly gave photographic proof.

I hope this gets resolved. And Mihail i would certainly reconsider you buisness partners if someone of the likes of joepromo is one of them

Joepromo, please explain how you gained access to Dimensional's personal hotmail account. If you could also post a picture of the fake e-mail of "****Notice of Account Closure****," it would really help.

Dimensional, I would like to see a picture of that deleted e-mail along with a picture of the header. You may post it here or PM it to me or anyone on the administration team and they will take a look.

The picture that Joepromo posted shows the e-mail is located in the "Deleted" box. To my understanding, unless it is emptied, it should still be there. Please take a look.

I have sent mod a pm... Also that is right I did escalate to a claim once I found out the true story.

Trust me every time I have posted a scammer alert on this board it has been found in my favor everytime each time was TWV members to.
 
but since nothing can be proven against both parties, I guess such things can be thrown out of the investigation.

that is in to regards to the now deleted fake email which he had a part in no doubt

Since it was pretty overcrowded with the scam emails thought it was time for a cleanup.

It looks to me neither of us has any smoking gun evidence of the others guiltyness and I am still willing to help you get back that account on Monday but this has to stop.

I know im new here and all, but i've known Callum for 3 years or so through wowtrading, he doesn't have a single evil bone in him from what i know, and Joe.

Hacking into someone's personal email account, thats a serious offense in most countries, and by you having access to his email you could sent him all kinds of bullshit and make sure it pops up in the right places.

And he hasnt used thehickson as a email nor primary msn address atleast for the last year.

Callum the only thing you should be sending paypal which i also told you on msn should be this.

"intangible goods , such as digital goods or services , not refundable."

When he pulls a stunt like this on you, sent that, thats apart of their own policy.

And its not paypal fraud by the way, its their policy that they , you and him will go by.

And yes people are allowed to post if they have somethin relevant to say and in this case i had something relevant to say since he has been selling alot of accounts to accountsbay without him getting reported for anything.

I don't get how you can try and twist this on how he is the bad guy when your the one hacking into a personal email and possibly planting evidence there so support your claim.

When you hacked that email you lost any and all point you had in making this topic.

You are trying to turn my evidence around to make me look bad when infact he did steal the account back cant you see that its plain as day. And I did not hack anything so great... Its a shame it had to come to this I would have been happy with the account back but once I found out he did what he did I figured the account would only get stolen back again once I took the paypal claim off. So what am I to do?


PS I gave mods and admins here the email account I used to create for this WOW account they are looking into where the fake email came from that said the wow account was closed.

I don't know how many times I've said it but here goes.. I DID NOT STEAL IT.

If I was a scammer why would I be willing to get your account back, obviously I would try to run rings around you on that subject. Anyway it's nearly Monday, hopefully the mods would of came to a decision then so I can finally get this mess sorted out.
