I can infact confirm that I have no desire for this account back. I could retrive it myself if needed. But other guy blames me for lax in my security well my security is my nephew ask anyone that has delt with me legit I have NEVER had account stolen from staff not once not ever.
Joepromo and Dimensional -- please PM in regards to what/how much you think is fair compensation.
As it stands, it looks like 185.00 USD is what needs to be back in Joepromos hands and the account back in Dimensionals.

As I've already stated I do not have the money any longer so issuing is a refund is a bit impossible if I have it no longer, and because of his 'reason' he put in the dispute it is not likely that he will win.
And if he does in fact against all odds win, Paypal isn't getting anything from me.

Since Joepromo does not want the original account back the most fair way to resolve this issue is by having Dimensional give joepromo an account of equal value.
Dimensional, I'm going to give you 72 hours to do this. If you're unsuccessful in giving joepromo an account of equal value within the allotted time, you will be banned. You will remain banned until you compensate joepromo.
Keep me updated.

Ok i really don't care if i get an vacation from the site now, after what you just wrote, so it has no consequences for joepromo that he hacked / gained unauthorized access to Dimensional's email, which by the way is illegal no matter which country your from, he could have faked thoose emails, put them in the trashcan and move them to the inbox , forth and back.

That is one wildly accusation your comming with there joepromo, but thanks , now you did make it my business to comment here since it now involves me.
No my IP will not match with Dimensional, not in a million years, he is english , i am danish, i have just known him since back from 2007.
You might not have hacked anything but you did gain unauthorized access to his email account by guessing which passwords he could have used, that is how you linked screenshots from within his email, however i have already instructed Dimensional what to say to Paypal since what you did is illegal and has invalidated your claim ,and for mmobay to ban Dimensional for this is not only pathetic , but only shows how little respect they have for the seller, since there is no way in hell you can prove you didnt fake thoose emails like the tons of spam emails i get everyday on my spam mails with fake blizzard mails that look exactly like that one in your screenshots, only difference is.
I can hover over the links sent in thoose spam mails and see where they really lead to.

ya good thing he was the one to send fake emails I have shown proof of this to the mods via pm, you dont have all the evidence Gunitpimp. You were asked to stay out of it and you choose not to so you made yourself involved. What supprises me at this point is this post is not locked. I guess this is not marke anymore so we just have to see what is going on. As for guessing passwords and such nope I got those pics in my email box from someone I hired you can take it up with them. The point is I win my evidence shows I was infact scammed I have done this for years and years and years and years this is how I pay bills and live. I know when I have been scammed.

It happens to the best of us... You may not of ment harm, but it happens. People get stuck in recalls/account issues and are left paying debts. It has happened to me, my brother, and almost all major account re-sellers I know. It is apart of the industry and you have to ALWAYS make sure you created a large enough margin to consider a refund if nessecary.
Don't bash the moderation or administration of the site. We're merely doing what we have to.
