What was scammed?: Starcraft II CD - Key
Link of trade thread:I was buying http://vbforums.mmobay.net/warhamme...0-4-slayer-rr75-knight-both-same-account.html for a couple of different CD-keys.
Approximate value of scammed property: 36 Euro's if you don't count the wow cd keys I still have.
Was a middleman used?: No.
If yes, who?: -
Describe how you were scammed: I was already slightly cautious with this guy because of his typing in PMs and on his posts, they were totally different and not even close to being somewhat alike. So we decided to do it in PMs because he was 112 Kms (apparently) away from work and only comes home in the weekend, after PMing back and forth and spending quite some money on the CD keys I decided to give the first CD key first and in return I would get full account details and I'd give him the rest of the CD keys. Which ofcourse didn't happen and as soon as he got the first CD-key he went offline and never came back.

Did you do any background searching before the trade?: No
Have you traded with this person before?: No
Approximately how many trades have you done on MMOBay?: Did 1 before, I was on EGS when it was still up and came here when it went down.
Just letting everyone know, do not trust this guy, hes got multiple aliases as I found out but always uses the same email adress, [email protected] if your interested in an account and you see one with his email adress, dont trust it and report him to the mods or admins on the forums he posted on. In the end I recieved a new CD-key but I just wanted to alert anyone out there trying to trade with scumbags like him.
