Unknown feedback

Just got this account "back" after its creation 2 years ago or so. Got it back through talking to a mod in customer service and proving a good reputation on another website. As I said in my email, pretty sure my account was hijacked at the time as I have not done any online deals yet, so I’m not sure how a listing was created, and discussed. I am not involved in this dispute. A negative feedback reading “report” does not say much either, so it hurts my reputation to have my first feedback be from something I’m unaware of, and didn't have any hand in.

  • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
  • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
    
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

@EpicNPC CM I do not have any proof of falsehood unfortunately as I was not involved in the dispute. I only came back to this Epicnpc account after 2 years of having it hijacked and found a negative review that I was unaware of.

The chat messages do not tell me anything either about the dispute, same with the review, so I can't exactly do anything about someone else's deal.
As far as I'm concerned the deal did not happen on my end, and I am just the bystander who is now sabotaged for someone else's actions.

As shown here in my conversation with the helpdesk, I have proven, albeit not on Epicnpc, that I am a trusted seller on another site, and I have been for many years, which is how I got this account back.
