What is the dispute about? Account for sale on Elitepvpers, however he has an account on this website so it is relevant here. I don't want him scamming anyone else, and I also want my issue resolved.

Approximate value of property: Account posted for 150 euros. I purchased for 139.97 USD in G2A gift cards, I was supposed to send him another 10 euro G2A gift card but he unadded me on Skype.
Was a middleman used? No, however he is a registered middleman and seller on epicnpc, and he offers his middleman service on elitepvpers.
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I saw his post on elitepvpers on March 17. He had a lot of positive feedback on that website and on epicnpc, and he was a featured seller on their League of Legends account forums. I added him on Skype (ivanlackovic3) and asked if he would be willing to sell his Diamond 2 EUW League account for $140. (A side note: according to the elitepvpers rules, you aren't supposed to trade through Skype, but I didn't know this. I figured someone with tons of positive feedback would be honest. This is still not an excuse to scam someone) He agreed to sell the account to me for $140 if I sent him the money through Neteller. I could not get my debit card to verify through Neteller, or any of his other available payment options, so he mentioned he would be willing to take G2A gift cards instead. At this point, and numerous problems with my bank, we decided we would make the trade on March 18 instead. This morning I contacted him on Skype and said I was ready to make the payment. I purchased 6 20euro gift cards, totalling 139.97 USD, and gave him the codes. He immediately unadded me on Skype. I will provide screenshots below with his Skype name showing to confirm all of this. I can't believe I was scammed by someone with so much positive feedback.
Other details / notes: I am in the process of ordering a new debit card and my temporary one wasn't working with Verified by Visa, a service which was required to deposit money into a payment provider in order to pay the seller. He spent a lot of time helping me with the payment process, but in the end G2A gift cards were the only thing I could purchase and that he would accept as a payment for the account.

Screenshot 4: My card wasn't working so I had to go to the bank which was closed. We agree to make the trade in the morning. I let him know I will be ready to make the purchase soon because I just got done at the bank.
Screenshot 5: My card still won't activate on Verified by Visa, probably because it is a temporary card. After trying and failing to send him money through multiple payment providers, we agree to try G2A gift cards again. I purchase the codes, six at 20euros each (120euros in total).
Screenshot 6: I send him all 6 codes, 120 euros and 139.97 USD worth. He instantly redeems them and unadds me on Skype.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes, I searched his username and Skype on epicnpc, elitepvpers, and google. I also looked at his 73 positive and 1 negative feedback on elitepvpers. He has a lot of positive feedback on epicnpc too, that's why I'm confused this happened.
Have you traded with this person before? No
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? I am in the process of selling my current League account, and will be posting my smurf soon. This was my first time buying an account from a person on epicnpc. I have made purchases of botted accounts from leaguesmurfs.com in the past.
