What is the dispute about?
Nikushaa and I agreed on a half now/half upon completion transaction. He promised to start within 9 hours of purchase and have the whole process take approx 9 days time. He started 5 days after money was sent, not 9 hours, and has only delivered 3 levels of the 20 purchased. It has been 16 days since purchase and he has not replied to any PMs since Sep 26th, 6 days after purchase and 11 days ago from the time of this dispute.
TIMELINE:
Friday Sept 20th: Purchased Service via Paypal
Wednesday Sept 25th: Service started (5 days late)
Thursday Sept 26th: last communication telling me char is level 43
Other details / notes:
I have purchased from Nikushaa before and he has never been a bad seller. That he has disappeared and ignored me and has also not been on Skype or EpicNPC makes me think he is not scamming me, but having some hardship. I do not wish for his reputation to be tarnished if this is the case. I simply want my money back so I can finish the job. I will happily pay for the 3 levels rendered despite the horrible time of delivery.
*Please note, last screenshot confirms payment. It is out of order, should be between screenshots 4 and 5. If this is not enough proof please tell me what is missing and I will upload the info in another post.
