Trust who verified + Wondering if negative rating can be removed if found not true?

So I was a Trust who verified memeber a long time ago, Is it possible to still apply this to my account? or will the new verification system be enough?

Also since i've not been on the site for over 3 years, I just notice someone left me a negative rating, after I left them one, because they scammed after a month, from when the trade was done.
Is it possible to get this remove, or is it a permanent thing?

Trust Who Verified is an outdated verification usergroup. We're using EpicNPC Verified now. But those that paid for it should still have it.
I wasn't a member back then when that usergroup was active so I'm not sure what the price was. Did you pay $10 for a year of Trust Who Verified or was $10 for 99 years (permanent)?

And regarding that negative feedback, you can request to have it removed in iTrader/Feedback Disputes. However, you'll have to post proof.
 
I have to add that feedback is way too old and probably cannot be removed. We do not just remove if other party is not around anymore
 
I paid for a life time trust who verification I believe, there was not yearly subscription at the time, was a one time feed I believe. I also just paid for the new Epicnpc verification as well so maybe I could of saved some money.
as for Proof, that was almost 3 years ago, I don't think I have any info left on that. but thank you, I hope that negative feedback wont impact my trading much on here, since I'm a legit business man, and want to get all the verification I need to prove it.

How does one obtain "Authenticator enable"?
 
Its a phone app that protects your account from being logged into if hacked. its a step up from email authentication which you have now, as your email can get hacked.

You can try to dispute it in itrader we do investigate. But its hard to say what will be decided, you both agree in your feedback trade occured thats where its gets hard as account recalls are hard to figure out after so much time passed
 
The person who gave you the negative feedback is still an active member.
Try to dispute it.
 
it's alright guys, I found my old MD account, is it possible to merge my account together? I don't really care about the negative rating, because that really means nothing to me, because I know I'm Legit.

my Old account has TWV, and my new account has Epic verified, which account should I use now?

The system doesn't allow us to merge feedback. Since Dcomo has a lot more posts and feedback, we will use that. Akasia691 will be closed.

You will have Verified instead of TWV since you have both. I will manually add the negative to your old account.

alright guys, last request if you can please, if it possible can I get the current negative rating be dated back to when it was actually posted 2013?? This is kind of disturbing my business on here right now, because people think that is actually new and recent, which is NOT and FALES!! please do not do this to your paying customers.
