NOTE: I am attempting to resolve this on Skype at the moment, but the seller is unable to refund my money after I sent it in Family and Friends. He's saying that we need to wait "2 business days" for him to send the money back. I am not sure if this is true, so I'm submitting a Dispute just to be on the safe side.

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: During the description of the account, the seller promised that the majority of the game was unlocked permanently through the use of crowns. (In game currency purchased with real money.) After receiving the account, it was revealed that the account was not, in fact, mostly unlocked. Entire worlds were left locked, with a few areas more or less randomly unlocked.
Other details / notes: We're attempting to work this out on skype at the moment, but some recent evidence I found points to him being a (possible) scammer (Linked inside of the "Proof" section)

Other proof: I had a friend walk to multiple locations in multiple worlds while I attempted to teleport to him. Just about none of the areas were unlocked across multiple worlds.
Additional Information: He offered a refund but has held off a couple of times claiming that he could not send the money back for some reason and needed to wait 2 business days.
