What is the dispute about? I sold him a CS:GO knife, and have yet to be payed.
Link of transaction thread: There was a very old thread created, which I am unable to find, but it was for ceremony. Everything was worked out over skype.
Approximate value of property: $300 USD
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He keeps telling me he means to pay me, and then comes up with excuses. His bank "wont transfer the money", "someone else was supposed to pay me for him but didn't", etc. He used to not message me back for days, but now he ignores me for weeks at a time. I've trusted him thus far because we'd been friends for a while before I sold him the knife, and trusted him to pay me, but I no longer believe he ever intended to pay me.
I have been to his house in the past few days, but after calling his phone and ringing his doorbell ten times each, I was never buzzed in to the apartment building and had to leave.

One screenshot shows a screenshot of a netbank receipt sent by him. This payment was false and I never recieved the money.
I feel no need to provide proof that I have never recieved money from him unless I am otherwise accused by him of having recieved it, which I do not expect to happen.
In this case, I can provide accurate logs from both my bank account, and paypal account.
