Other information: he contacted me via aim after i posted a message i was looknig to buy an account, he however did not post in my thread, however i didnt check first because he sent the aim on my droid phone.

What was scammed?: an account
Link of trade thread: i did post a thread WTB, but he didnt post there or talk about anything in there related to an account.
Approximate value of scammed property: 206 paypal + cata key + realm change

Describe how you were scammed: He contacted me via aim. i then talked with him and several other people, i was also talking to abyssrune of this website about a shaman i belive. he first offer it to me for 200$ however abyss's account was cheaper and comparable. abyss then got an offer raising his account price. then strongkid2258 said that he got an offer and raised it to 260. i still wanted to by but right before i was going to for the 250-260, another person im'd me i think it was abyssrune with another offer. i then told strongkid2258 that i had a better offer. he told me that his second person jsut backed out as well and lowered the price back down to roughly 200, i think it was 198 or something. with fees 206 and change. i then sent payment, and he got it. he then sent me the account and password and secret question / answer. i remeber this clearly cause somehow on aim express it would show information and he was forced to email it to me. everything was legit and checked out all information was correct, well decemeber 17th (yesterday) sometime at night, because i played all morning. the account was reclaimed. i've tried to get into contact with him several times prior because he said he'd get me CD keys. he said he was not the OO but BEASTMODE a moderator of this site was, and he could garuntee it wouldnt get reclaimed. ive tried to find him on aim but im pretty sure im blocked since the trade date i havent seen him on in close to over a week. i also posted an itrade thingy stating it was care free, and sent him several ims since then because he never respoded to my trade thing and gave em rep back which i wanted so i could begin to maybe sell gold and do more trades. however he never did after 2 pms to him on the forums.
Other details / notes:
account was for a level 80 blood elf female paladin on US-blackrock -Horde named Plzdaddyno. no cata enabled. i then xferd the pally and renamed it as well (i first made a level 1 with its name on that server so i would get a free one) i moved it to caelestraz-H and named it Bubbletea (with the ****y ascii B) i have screen shots of it have been logged in and not being me so i know for a fact someone else is on it.

logged into my other account, the account was logged in less than an hour before i got home from work and logged on to see if the character had been moved or not. as you can see i have other screens to and sections to show proof of date.
showing that the information he gave me no longer works to try to reclaim the recalled account.
i also tried it with the information i changed it to.

that was my first as stated in my thread that i posted WTB, and in my comment i posted on his itrade thingy.
i rather have the account than the money, i leveld it from 80 to 85, have gear it quite nicely with 3-4 359 epics already, raised engineering to max from like 350 and had jc with 2 recipes almost at max as well. i had farmed several more achieves. prob close to another 350 achieve points. i had also raised fishing from 1 to max and farmed the sea turtle mount! i also spent prob close to 60k gold buying vanity, like companion pets and new mounts. i also had farm a large portion of rep with scryers, ogrila, shatter sun sporregar, hyjal ect. and found and bought lots of tabards.
if not id like the money back hopefully with the expenses paid as well server change and cata key. i'd even take something even if less in value if it fits my needs. unfortunately the first part of our convo was on my phone, and the second part of my convo was with aim express, so i dont have the convo saved. i do however have proof of payment ect. also my dates coordiante with the day i left him feedback. hes been ignoring me as if trying to not show a link between him and me doing buisness.
also if you check his trust who stuff, his forum title and his signature dont linkto anything!
i will try to contact beast mode via aim hes not online atm.
