DISPUTE Information
######################
Link of transaction thread (URL, Epicnpc thread): https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/ranked-nim-account.1525456/
Approximate value of property: $400 USD (+$377 USD ingame purchases and game re-sub) = $770 USD. I have transactions records of all swtor purchases on the account dating from the date after he sold me the account, if required.
Was Trade Guardian used? No
If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID? N/A

What is the dispute about? After selling me account in november 2019, in jan 2020 seller has retrieved the account through game support. I have confirmed with swtor Support that he has retrieved the account on 13/01, he also had indirectly admitted he had stolen back the account.

Other details / notes: I had re-subbed the account for 180 days and also made the ingame purchases such as cartel coins. as you can see in the original thread, he said he was finishing with swtor as it had gotten "boring" now he has stolen back the account through game support. he is not even willing to tell me the original registered email on the account which is needed for swtor support to retrieve the account. he as the original owner was the only one who knew what it was, his unwillingness to tell me what it is shows he had intentions from the start to steal back the account. His account when he sold it to me had only 1 day left on the resub as admitted in conversations with him over epicnpc prior to the sale. he has stolen back the account. he has refused to return back the account, and not only this refuse to tell me the original registered email on the account. clearly showing he had intentionally done this scam.

I am in conversation with paypal and swtor support and hoping for a resolution. Seller also does not even barely respond on discord. the only time he even responded after i asked why he retrieved the account was after the day i had contacted swtor support and reported this that he had his account locked.
I have all transactions and evidence of my ingame purchases and resub on the account. By stealing the account back, he has essentially stolen not only the $400 intial USD on the account purchase but also over $370 USD in ingame purchases and Re subscription.

Account Recalls
######################
Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) Yes, He is the only one who knows the original registered email, he has retrieved the account and indirectly admitted it in discord as seen in sellerchat6 pic. Account retrieval only works with swtor support, they will only accepts retrievals if the person knows the original registered email of the account. No point in opening support ticket, as seller will never respond. Swtor Doesnt have tickets option, only for ingame tickets for subscribers, he has stolen back the account, I have contacted swtor support a few times on their numbers and they are trying to get me to try and resolve it with the seller first.
He barely responds on discord as well, because he 100% knows his doing this scam on purpose. I msged him both here and discord, paypal msg him. he has not even responded in over nearly 1 week already.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Display name (which is the login name), One time password code (which is sent to his email when i first logged in to change and check the account), Account actual password. Email (most likely dummy email linked to the account) and the password for it.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? from 30/11/2019 to 13/01/2020
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

Seller Discord ID: 374675009710325762

also his grailed account which can be found linked to paypal address shows his account has been banned and frozen for most likely the same sort of scam. Now that this has happended to me, tells me he most likely this is not the first time he has done this. He most likely has done the same thing on Grailed, the same sort of scam. pretends to sell the account but later after a few months retrieves the account through game support. He most likely does this because he doesnt want to pay for the resub himself, then after the buyer has resubbed it, he would retrieve the account. hence getting the essentially the game re-subbed for free. I was a little bit weird when i first received the account as there was a ton of characters across all servers of the Swtor, some in EU and some in NA alot were like lvl 70 created via character tokens, with most characters on EU server. if so why was there so many characters on NA server as well? Now i see after he had stolen back the account, that most likely i was not the first person to be scammed by this person. He has most likely sold the account to someone else and did the same thing previously. I had thought it was weird how some of the created characters models and Names, were completely different from some of them, Now i see this is most likely because he had sold it to sum1 else before and did the same thing retrieved it back after a few months, hence the naming for some of the characters is vastly different and how there is tons of characters on every server. Because logically no1 would make this many characters when their is onli 8 different classes. It seems to all make sense now after he had stolen back the account in January 2020.

He has also sold a similiar account in a previous post on his epicnpc account saying the same thing about how he is bored etc.....

I have attached screenshot of the unauthorised changes email i received on 13/01, which was how i noticed he had stolen back the account. Swtor support have confirmed this as well after i rang on 16/01. hence why on 16/01 he inadvertently admitted that he had stolen the account back. When i click the link in the password reset email, it shows that i need a security key which he has reattached on the account, when he sold it to me in november I had removed the security key. now it is back on means he definitely is the only one who as the original owner could put it back on after he retrieved the account as he is the only one who knew the original phone number or else it wont work.

His last communication with me as you can see is on Thurs 16/01, where he is unwilliing to tell me the original email registered on the account which if he no intention of scamming me he would have told me as it doesnt affect anything of his. His unwillingness to tell me the original email address is without a doubt confirmation that he had stolen or intended to steal back the account.

Yes the display name of his account is Ramsator on swtor. if this name is familiar to you, let me know.
