Approximate value of property: $400 USD (+$377 USD ingame purchases and game re-sub) = $770 USD. I have transactions records of all swtor purchases on the account dating from the date after he sold me the account, if required.
Was Trade Guardian used? No
If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID? N/A
What is the dispute about? After selling me account in november 2019, in jan 2020 seller has retrieved the account through game support. I have confirmed with swtor Support that he has retrieved the account on 13/01, he also had indirectly admitted he had stolen back the account.
Other details / notes: I had re-subbed the account for 180 days and also made the ingame purchases such as cartel coins. as you can see in the original thread, he said he was finishing with swtor as it had gotten "boring" now he has stolen back the account through game support. he is not even willing to tell me the original registered email on the account which is needed for swtor support to retrieve the account. he as the original owner was the only one who knew what it was, his unwillingness to tell me what it is shows he had intentions from the start to steal back the account. His account when he sold it to me had only 1 day left on the resub as admitted in conversations with him over epicnpc prior to the sale. he has stolen back the account. he has refused to return back the account, and not only this refuse to tell me the original registered email on the account. clearly showing he had intentionally done this scam.
I am in conversation with paypal and swtor support and hoping for a resolution. Seller also does not even barely respond on discord. the only time he even responded after i asked why he retrieved the account was after the day i had contacted swtor support and reported this that he had his account locked.
I have all transactions and evidence of my ingame purchases and resub on the account. By stealing the account back, he has essentially stolen not only the $400 intial USD on the account purchase but also over $370 USD in ingame purchases and Re subscription.

Account Recalls
######################
Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) Yes, He is the only one who knows the original registered email, he has retrieved the account and indirectly admitted it in discord as seen in sellerchat6 pic. Account retrieval only works with swtor support, they will only accepts retrievals if the person knows the original registered email of the account. No point in opening support ticket, as seller will never respond. Swtor Doesnt have tickets option, only for ingame tickets for subscribers, he has stolen back the account, I have contacted swtor support a few times on their numbers and they are trying to get me to try and resolve it with the seller first.
He barely responds on discord as well, because he 100% knows his doing this scam on purpose. I msged him both here and discord, paypal msg him. he has not even responded in over nearly 1 week already.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Display name (which is the login name), One time password code (which is sent to his email when i first logged in to change and check the account), Account actual password. Email (most likely dummy email linked to the account) and the password for it.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? from 30/11/2019 to 13/01/2020
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
