Reported problem: 2 days ago I noticed the BDO account disappeared (i had been logging in until the day prior). It has been swapped from my email entirely without Pearl Abyss sending me any email for security verification like codes. The only logical explanation is that the original owner has reclaimed the account through support. Also, the email the seller provided has somehow been deleted from Gmail's database, so I can't access it.
I know the account hasn't been just stolen from me by my own mistake, as i had a different password for the account, the provided email and my own email + mobile codes to access them, and also the theft didn't trigger any security notification at all.
I need help with this, this is just sad almost 4 years after the purchase...

Outcome of dispute: Account recalled after 4 years. Seller original claimed he can contact OO if anything ever happens, but he was unable to. No recovery ticket opened.

1/3 refund was decided, seller refused to pay. Banned until repayment.
