What is the dispute about? item and then money

Approximate value of property: he sold it for $300 so i set it at that
Was a middleman used? no
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: he recently got scammed out of a dcuo account so i let him play the one he sold me in hopes he will buy it back. he sends me a message stating he logged onto my account using EU Servers and found a really rare aura on a toon and transferred it to a new account he made just to sell the item. When he sold me the account nothing was mentioned about there being characters on the EU servers just US
Other details / notes: we agreed that when he sold the Aura he will give me 40% of what he sold it for , he recently sold it for $302 however he never delivered the item nor gave me my 40%. another dispute will be opened against him by the user he did not deliver the item to. There is no way for me to receive the item back as daybreak games do nothing about this kind of thing. So i am hoping this dispute either helps me get the item back or him compensating me.
He is also no longer replying to me or mrram ( the guy he scammed ) however mrram created a new kik account and messaged him , he states he is still selling it
